Lifekind Health - San Jacinto's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been a long time patient and I’ve always appreciated the staff and care that I’ve received, until NOW. I was assured that my pain meds, especially my pain patches would be refilled, since I couldn’t get an appointment until Jan 7th, due to their 2 week closure for the holidays. I called multiple times prior to the closure, with messages sent from the “call receivers”, for someone from the clinic to call me back. Not only did I NOT receive a call back, my prescription was NOT sent. I am in excruciating pain and now I know what it feels like to be sick from withdrawals. To say I’m upset band disappointed, is a total understatement! I’ve had multiple surgeries and procedures with Savas/Lifekind, they are very familiar with the pain I endure, and to leave me without pain management medication is NOT OKAY!! Yes, I will be informing Dr Tim about this horrible experience of complete negligence.

My review is specifically about the office. I've never had a more difficult time getting hold of someone to talk about appointments, or reschedule. What medical office sends you to voicemail at 9:20 in the morning, when they should be answering phones and if busy, putting you on hold, and then getting back to you within a few minutes to deal with your appointment need. There's no point in leaving a message. If you're reading this as the manager of this location, you should be answering the phone during business hours not sending it to voicemail. That's extremely unprofessional.

The lady with the bun at the front desk, Jill, right when you walk in, is the most rude person I’ve ever encountered. The employees here are embarrassed of her, loud, yelling, getting real rude with patients, chasing them out of the office with an attitude acting like the patient did something wrong when simply explaining something. She is not an asset to this company, she should be evaluated as soon as possible.

9 clinics, 7k patients and you can’t get ahold of anyone of substance. Name changed again, open 7 days a week they over promise and under provide. Every month seems to bring a new challenge just to get prescriptions filled. 7k patients dependent on pain meds and the follow thru on the clinics part is severely lacking. After reading their response I had to add that I indeed filed grievances with both LifeKind/Savas/Summit and IEHP. Life kind still did not return calls or even answer their phone unless you call every few minutes.

They never answer the phone. All options on the phone don’t work. I get calls for my appointment confirmation and they never leave a voicemail. They tried to stop seeing me because I wasn’t part of their pain management program. They never want to schedule me. Unfortunately they are the only ones in the Hemet San Jacinto area.

Zach The, medical assistant at Savas in San Jacinto was wonderful! Katie, the physician there was so kind and efficient. My son was having some difficulty with the pharmacist. Zach took all the information spoke with the provider and the provider made it a priority to take care of his situation.. They were very kind

Go anywhere else. This place is a scam and so disorganized they repeatedly allow me to go weeks without appropriate medication because they have too many providers and no one knows his/her patients well enough to actually know their conditions and the medication taken. Run don’t walk. I’ve not found anywhere since moving from Encinitas but I will as this place is a dangerous sadistic joke.

I will be making a formal complaint to Aetna regarding Savas in San Jacinto. I have never had problems until my last visit, 4/2/2025. My Dr., forgot to send my Muscle Relaxer for a refill. My endless calls to them were useless as calls are not even to the office. They have a call center in Arizona that can’t get important message’s to your office or provider. Even after calling and leaving LIVE messages, nothing. I am almost two weeks now without my medication. It isn’t a controlled substance. It’s in my file. But for some reason, they came send to pharmacy. I was told at the call center in Arizona that I could drive in and get a paper script. WRONG! They don’t do paper scripts! So I was lied to by this call center. I went to the office, a45 minute drive from my home, and was told my provider was not in office, but he would definitely call my script in. NOPE! And now it’s the weekend. I may have to go to urgent care as I can barely walk at this point. SHAME ON YOU DR. JAIME!! I’m putting in a grievance as well. For the lies, the not calling me back, the refusal to send my ONLY SCRIPT I USE FOR A BACK INJURY, over to the pharmacist!
