List of Aces Aba - Autism Therapy Center's Reviews
The team at Aces are some of the most genuine and supportive individuals I have met since we began our journey with my son. His BI’s JJ and Jeri and absolutely fantastic. My son has shown progress in all areas of concern and continues to do so. They are patient and present during their sessions - their ability to relate and engage with him is nothing I have ever experienced especially since we have worked with other centers as well. His supervisors Tracy and Conner are also amazing- any time I have a concern I am able to reach out no questions asked without making me feel inadequate about it. I feel safe and heard should I need to bring anything up. Their knowledge and professionalism goes above and beyond. Also, the front desk receptionist Jessica is a GEM, she is warm and welcoming each time we come in. She was the first person I was actually able to open up to about how to go about my concerns and she pointed me in the right direction and assisted me with my needs. This team is fluid in their communication and you can tell by how comfortable my son is and how he is flourishing in their program. I am beyond thankful to have met such an amazing group of individuals who are passionate about my son’s development as I am. Thank you!!
ACES overbill me on 2022 and 2023. My wife paid they more than what insurance allowed. I contacted ACEs in 2024. 2 years later, I did not hear back from them. I call them in 2026. Finance department refuse to answer phone call and reply email. Stay away from this Center.
From the very beginning, Aces has played a key role in my daughter’s progress, thanks to their incredibly caring and dedicated staff. During the initial assessment, I felt reassured and confident in choosing this facility to begin ABA sessions for my daughter. From her very first session, she was warmly welcomed by a team that truly cares. The love, patience, and professionalism shown by the therapists and supervisors have made a tremendous difference in her development. We have seen significant progress, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the consistent support and individualized care provided. I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility to any parent seeking support for their child’s needs. Aces has truly become a second home for us.
This place could be great but one of my biggest concern is the staff attire. Most wear yoga pants which I guess makes sense working with children but another female staff wears super skin tight clubbing style dresses or crop tops or dresses that have a cut on the back revealing her entire back. Today it was a long skirt with a crop top that shows her entire stomach. You are working with children not a club. So unprofessional and tasteless. How can you trust your children to be in good care when you have a receptionist wearing crop tops, clubbing dresses, or sweats with her belly button out
Office had a calm vibe which helped me relax a bit. Doctor was pretty thorough during the visit. They went into detail about what they were noticing and how certain habits might be affecting things. It was clear they had experience. I liked how they didn't just talk but actually asked questions and made sure I was following. Everything was professional without being cold. I'd prob come back if I need to.
Their BIs are not committed to the job. Very detached with the client, just hang around like babysitters rather than behavioral therapists. I caught one of the BIs bullying my son when I suddenly walked into the room, I dont feel safe leaving my child alone with them
This business is all about making money and not about the care of the kids in need. Very top heavy, corporate mentality. The staff that work directly with the children, provide some of the best care but are not well compensated or treated with respect. There is a big disconnect between corporate, upper mgmt and the team in the field that do the actually one on one care with these children in need. It is sad to see such a large company that has lost its purpose. Hope all the best for other children in their care.
I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible team at ACES Autism Therapy. From day one, they have treated my son with such kindness, patience, and dedication that I have seen remarkable progress in his language and social interactions. One of the biggest blessings in our journey has been Gloria, whom my son absolutely adores. Her warmth, understanding, and ability to connect with him on such a deep level have made therapy something he looks forward to every day. She has this special way of making learning fun and engaging while gently pushing him to grow. Watching him light up when he sees her is proof of the impact she has on his life. And then there's Stephanie—a true powerhouse. Stephanie’s leadership, passion, and commitment to her team and the families they serve are nothing short of inspiring. She ensures that every child gets the individualized attention they need, and she supports her staff in a way that makes ACES such a positive, thriving environment. I truly hope to see her in upper management soon because she has the vision and heart to make an even greater difference. Thanks to the entire team, my son is more confident, expressive, and engaged with other kids than ever before. The transformation has been incredible, and I have no doubt that ACES has played a major role in setting him up for success. I am forever grateful for the love and dedication they have shown my son!
ACES lost my son last March of 2024, he eloped from his supposedly "one on one behavior interventionist BI". We really don't understand how can our son get lost if he's supposed to be with someone the whole time during his session. He was able to exit their emergency door. Their emergency door didn't alarm. He was able to go down from the 2nd floor and out the building. He wandered past the big parking area and was found in the middle of the intersection on Monterey Highway by a homeless person. He was gone long enough for a homeless person to find him and his BI was nowhere to be found. The homeless person called the police so the whole incident is documented. We thank God he was not injured. We pulled him out immediately. I fear for other kids still with ACES. If you are considering this place for your kid, it is better to check other ABA providers.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
