Great experience! Even though the clinic was very busy with so many people coming in sick after the holidays, the wait to be seen was absolutely worth it. Everyone was kind, caring, and attentive throughout my visit. PA Kelsie and Devora were especially wonderful—both were professional, sweet, and made me feel well taken care of. I truly appreciated the care I received and would definitely recommend this clinic.

Do NOT trust this clinic. I asked and verbally confirmed with them that my insurance would cover everything. 10 months later I received a bill for 760 dollars not at all covered by my insurance. These people are crooks and they are not here to help you. Be wary of any reviews that don’t talk about a bill, those people likely haven’t received the hit yet.

I scheduled an appointment for Monday 12/8/25 at Blossom Hill, San Jose. The medical staff including the front registrar, medical assistant and doctor were extremely courteous, attentive and genuinely caring. I received a thorough exam and effective treatment that is already working. I’m sure it’s hard treating the general public and their ailments each and every day…and treat each patient with attention and care. Thank you for a very positive experience…Dave G.

What a waste of time! Went in for a fall injury and had to pay $50 to get looked at, $55 for the splint, $50 for a PA to tell me and another $35 to get my X-rays and I still need to get a cast. Just a total waste of time. Never again! They are all just nurses, Not that there is anything wrong with nurses but got nowhere with this place at almost $200 later.

They lie to me. I went there for an annual physical and was assured many times that I will not get charged and insurance will cover it. They also told me the follow up call will be free also. Out of nowhere, I received two bills from them. $224 for 10 minute call is Highway robbery. When I call and complain, they sent me to a billing number that is run by AI which is not helpful. I do not recommend them at all.

I visited this urgent care on 11/22/25 for an ear was flush, and i had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was very friendly. Welcoming ,and made the check-in prosses easy. The doctor was extremely kind patient and professional, and he explained everything, and made the whole process comfortable. I really appreciate their kindness and quality of care that received. Special thank to doctor assistant, she was great.
