Alexis Kim's Online Review Report Card

I cannot recommend Doctor Kim enough. I was originally referred to Dr Kim from my OBGYN however he wasn't in our network at the time. So I went to reproductive science center and was treated horribly and almost gave up my dream of becoming a mother. Instead I decided to change medical groups and see another OBGYN just to go to him. And I'm glad I did. He was compassionate, thoughtful, direct and most importantly willing to help. He was very clear about his treatment plan and what was expected of us but also listened to our concerns. He very patient explaining anything to us making sure we were all on the same page. As anyone who's been through this process knows it's not the most comfortable to go through. But Dr. Kim, and the rest of the group made me feel completely comfortable and included in my care. So after four cycles of IUI, my husband, and I succeeded in our dream of getting pregnant and having a baby. We are now the parents of a beautiful and healthy son. Which we owe to Dr. Kim and his group.

Best Doctor and clinic ! DR. Lee was the most supportive,helpful and patient Doctor that we have ever had the pleasure of working with.He was beyond amazing on so many levels. When it was time to move to baby doctor we had a very hard time moving on without his support and kindness. Go meet him for yourself you will see what I mean. Still sending Christmas cards 10 years later!

Dr. Alex Kim performed egg retrieval and multiple ultrasound scans for my wife. He is one of the kindest, warmest and calmest doctor we have ever met. He always answered all of our questions. He was never in a hurry and always waited to see if we had any more questions. That's a rare trait in doctors today. He is knowledgeable and competent. He always carries himself with utmost professionalism and makes sure that the patient is comfortable before and after the procedure. His office is really prompt in returning your calls and ordering your prescriptions.When we researched for infertility specialists, my wife came across Dr. Kim but did not choose him since she wanted a female doctor. Dr. Kim proved us wrong. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend Dr. Kim.

PAMF fertility, especially Dr Kim, is the worst place to go for IVF. I went to Dr Kim 3 years ago and he has zero people skills, horrible communication and follow up with patients. I honestly didn't know any better until I went to the Stanford fertility clinic (just recently) and got to experience what it SHOULD be like. Take my advice, do more research and find a different place to go with a clinic that actually cares about your success and feels like a partner in it with you.

I was really impressed the first intro meeting with Dr. Kim because he explains the process in detail and then gives you all the time you need to patiently answer your questions. PAMF is a very organized office and you go step by step through the process. With so many appointments, some over the weekends, you won't always see the same doctor, but they are all really good! With so many office appointments, I NEVER had to wait at all and really appreciated that. VERY convenient that the blood lab and surgery center are all together. Thanks to your hard working RNs (Kim) and prescription / insurance people (Jeanette) as well! Thank you again PAMF - I am really lucky to have found you and that you were so close to me in Los Gatos! Grateful that doctors like you are so dedicated and work so hard for us.

I want to start by saying my wife got pregnant through the skills of Dr Kim. His personality? None! For lack of a better expression, he has no bed side manner. My wife was a wreck the entire process. This guy was such a pessimist the entire time! What got me, was the glass half full facts and statistics with that plastic smile on his face. How could he be smiling so much delivering downer information and news to us about the odds, test results, etc? Again... nothing against his skills, just don't expect any charm. Yeah, yeah, I know... he not being paid for his manner. But he should learn this is a VERY emotional experience for people. You've been warned!
