I hadn't been to the dentist in over 20 years. A friend referred me here to have a decayed second molar and a wisdom tooth extracted, and after hearing his amazing experience, I decided to go too. Dr. Annie and the entire staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Annie checked in with me throughout the entire process, which made a huge difference. The extractions were surprisingly fast! Each one took less than 5 minutes. The pain was completely manageable! Nothing like the horror stories I'd been told. The recovery was also very smooth with zero complications, and I've already scheduled a follow up to have the wisdom teeth on the other side done. I went back today for my follow up checkup and cleaning. I know my teeth were in rough shape after so many years. I can only imagine what she was dealing with. But all she said was, "Looks like you haven't been in for a cleaning in a while." That's it. No lecture, no judgment, just kindness. I really appreciated that more than I can say. For years, scary stories kept me away from the dentist, and that was a mistake. If I'd known how easy and welcoming it would be, I would have come here long ago.

My old crown came off in December 2025. I went to see my dentist two weeks later because they were on vacation. They placed a temporary crown because they didn't have time to see me, came back and my dentist did some work on the tooth because there were some clouds, meaning some cavity. I wished he told me I may need a root canal. A week and half later I was in pain, called their office and they said they will call me back after speaking with the dentist. Another week goes by, no call back and I called again. By this time, my intuition and sharp pain is telling me, this is a root canal. Today is Saturday and it's Valentine's Day. I found Dr. Nguyen on Yelp. Staff was kind, place was clean and I love it is a "Woman Owned Business." She was quick, smart, friendly, prescribed mẹ antibiotic, pain meds, and reached out to an excellent Endodontist, Dr. Chen for me so I can get an emergency root canal done. I am so grateful for her referral and her professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen!

I cannot thank Dr. Annie enough for the dental service she provided for me. I had extractions and a root canal, and through it all was relatively painless and super quick. During the visit she would break down everything from the diagnostics of my teeth and the breakdown of the costs associated with each procedure. Dr. Annie was very understanding of my situation and when I didn't have insurance at the time, she made sure it was affordable for what I needed. It's an understatement to say this is first class customer experience and this dental office is open for the sole mission of helping people.
