I moved to San Jose almost a year ago and found Anna through Yelp and I’m so glad I did! She’s efficient, friendly, and makes scheduling easy with appointment reminders the day before and the day of, and her rates are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Very unethical business practices. I booked an appointment and needed to reschedule due to medical reasons. I understand the policy is no refund and I didn’t ask for refund I asked to be rescheduled. She said my initial deposit is lost and I would have to deposit again. This is inconsiderate and ridiculous! You can’t book appointments without 50% deposit and you can’t reschedule. Either way she profits. Here’s a snapshot of what these conversations looked like so beware.

Anna is so lovely! Come here for all your beauty needs. She offers basically every beauty service for a VERY reasonable price. I haven't gone to another waxer in a year. She slays my eyebrows every time and she gets all my hair in less than 15 minutes! I need a quick waxer because I hate pain. Anna is perfect!!! The parking is also super easy and a good location right by Branham Lane.

I love Anna!! Come to her for all your beauty needs. The parking/location is so easy and convenient, right by Braham. Service takes only 15 minutes AT MOST for everything! And that’s what I need because I hate it when waxing takes a long time. She can do waxing, eyelashes, everything!!! Very lovely. The price is also lovely.
