My mother passed away two years ago. This is the doctor who claimed to me he has 25 years of experienced when he handed to me his business card on the way to operating room to do the procedure to remove the blood cloth on the right leg of my mother. Before my mother enter the operating room this doctor ask me to stay at reception room that was 6:29pm and told me he will update me if he will proceed or not..he did not come back anymore till midnight and i found out later my mother is already at ICU. This happened at Regional Medical Center,San Jose,Ca.I regretted very much for letting him to operate my mother.I should waited for CARDIO VASCULAR SURGEON.The sad thing this doctor never contacted me and told me what really happened why the procedure did not work.
@ Shona S. Lots of angry energy. By giving your energy to others depletes your energy and causes Dis-ease of the body. Holding onto anger not only causes diseases and the body to break down, but a stressful life full of sorrow and regret. There is a nice Ayahuasca retreat in Orlando, FL that can assist with your inner healing. They do a great job and will truly be life changing. Most times in life, the people or situations that make us uncomfortable are there for a reason/ lesson to mirror back to us what we need to heal. When you heal, those lesson disappear and you attract greatness into your life. Worked with Dr. Padidar in San Francisco years ago. He is a kind, professional, and an extremely knowledgeable doctor. He loves helping others and would give the shirt off of his back for anyone. Namaste iiiiiiii
I want to thank you, for saving my life. Recovery is not always easy, but you completed a difficult task. My all your pts. Be a 1%. That's a good thing., very successful.
My father came in for a visit after being refer from his physician. The wait time horrible and on top of it the Dr. Padidar did not take his time to discuss my father condition and side effects. I don't think he even looked into his medical conditions before suggesting surgery. My father decide to trust this doctor because he assured he was going to get better with his so call "treatment." My father has loss a foot and toes and the doctor refused to see him to discuss the details because of his awful attention to details from his patients. AVOID HIM IF YOU CAN!!!!!!
This place Is complete chaotic, patient care is 0 it's all about making money, they treat their employees as a trash, no dignity for one another, they have hired a business planner who also is Persian so does the owner of this place, his name is Qumar or as he calls himself Q... he claimed that he worked for PAMF which is completely untrue, he acts and behaves like a dictator and he gets away with it, its a extremely hostile situation for workers, and it's getting worse by the day, there is no empathy or sympathy for anyone, and All Padidar wants to do is make money and he and his friends are making him look like evil....having a dream to do something bigger is ok but it should not cost people life in order to achieve this which they won't ... people be very careful....

Follow up appointment could be done better but don’t get distracted by that. Dr Padidar saved my wife’s life performing very difficult minimal invasive surgery.
Arash M Padidar, is an amazing physician, who has done an incredible amount of schooling to be there for those who are in need. Recently my husband was airlifted from Central California, where they could not handle what was happening, get tests straight and so forth, and THANK GOD, the San Jose Regional Medical Center accepted him to their ICU. When we met with the good doctor, I as a wife of a man who still daily deals with a very severe stress injury from 14 months in combat in Vietnam, had asked staff to let me meet with the Drs, before they approached, him. All I can say over and over, is that to be treated with respect, and have a physician who was willing to take the extra time to hear, why I was so involved , and advocating was wonderful. Minimally invasive is his philosophy and yet, he has the skills and is prepared to do all that is necessary to do what is needed for your health. His bedside manner is great humor, and it so very refreshing. I am sorry that YELP does not have a choice for TEN STARS!
My wife and father in law had to wait for 40 minutes after entering into patient for Dr. Padidar to come and see her father. After receiving referral to him from my father in law's physicians, We made an appointment with him. Dr. Padidar's office already had all information about him from his physician. They went there as our scheduled appointment. Even after scheduled appointment he had hardly talked to them for 3 to 4 minutes and for that 4 minute discussion, they had to go through processing an hour before and wait in patient room for about 40 to 45 minutes. Their discussion with him was not satisfying. But, They were in hurry for a treatment which was getting worse every day. So, They decided to make an another appointment for Surgery. His office made referring physician know that they will see my father in law. But when we called them his office said they will not see him because they don't accept insurance. They already had information about his insurance from referring physician before first visit. Didn't they know that they don't take that insurance. Further, Insurance is listed in their accepting insurance list. I'nt suggest or refer this Doctors or his office. Regards, Hope you don't have go through same.
I agree with the other person who gave 5 stars, as Dr. Padidar also saved the life of someone else, when she had a stroke and was sent to O'Connor hospital, all they did was to give a TPA injection to dissolve the clot. It didn't work, they had no other plan, except to send her to another hospital where this brilliant doctor performed a catheterization surgery to retrieve the clot, known as a "thrombectomy". It was successful, and he is only one of two doctors performing this technique in the south bay area. Hard to believe with all our high tech stuff, no one else would consider learning this life saving technique! I know his business is separate from other entities like Kaiser, or PAMF, but what he does should be something available to all hospitals. Despite that, I cannot thank him enough, for his expertise, his willingness to save a life, instead of seeing a senior in their 70's and just giving up on them, like so many hospitals would do. Sad to say, but we all know it can happen. If you ever experience a blockage, and your PAMF doctor, or Kaiser doctor does nothing to change it, be assured, something needs to happen fast. First thing is call Dr. Padidar, who will order an angiogram or MRI, he is fast, efficient, and so knowledgeable.Regional hospital in San Jose, is where he likes to do his surgeries, his office is only for consultations, located on N. Bascom Ave, near Forest Ave. His staff are personable, and professional, and I found everyone very helpful yesterday while there with my friend for her follow up appmt, since her life saving clot removal on July 6th. It is rare to find a doctor who is so dedicated in doing this unconventional surgery, but doing it with caution, and having the right tests ahead of time, and the right team at the time of surgery. I think if you ever have a stroke, he is the one you need to see, immediately. Don't go to El Camino hospital, despite their Stroke dept., it doesn't have the same tools for this surgery. Although it is an excellent hospital in many aspects, it lacks in the Stroke dept. Go there for other illnesses, not stroke! P.A.M.F. was my friends place to usually go, and it was too far away during her emergency situation, paramedics took her to the closest Stroke hospital, O' Connor, and they in turn referred her to Dr. Padidar, who was at Regional hospital. He saved her life with his knowledge and surgery!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
