ALP has been our first and worst experience with ABA therapy for my son. They have very unqualified BT's that do not what they are doing and are not patient or attentive with the children. They also take forever to answer your concerns. At first they tolled me they would give me updates every 6 months and they never did.I did a grevience with my insurance company and they completly lied about everything of course they dont want to loose clients or the insurance that pays them.Even our BCBA said that the company takes more than they can handle. Parents please research before you book with ALP.

Our family has had great experience with ALP. Being a parent of special needs children is stressful and ALP is helping to alleviate this everyday. Sessions can be in clinic or at home. ALP is very responsive, professional and on time. There some is turnover but that’s everywhere now, not just ABA. My kids love their BTs. I really enjoy the 1:1 positive attention my kids get. It’s a privilege. Our family is grateful.

One of the worst services. Inconsistent BTs, poor program coordination. Behavior of my child has regressed with this company.

Had them for more than year. 1st BT wasn’t license and new trained but the BCBA (supervisor) is licensed. Even thought the BT is not license, she did pretty well with the guidance of the BCBA. My son actually liked her. After 6 months the BT left to go to nursing school. The BCBA was proactive and gave us a substitute BT. After a month we got outlet new BT that is not license and also newly trained. The BT did pretty well and everything was going smoothly as planned. Problem started to arise after the original BCBA took a maternity leave. The management just left our son’s BT alone which he did pretty well without any BCBA around. After 3 months, management told us we finally have a Permanent BCBA but it turned out we don’t, they never come to value our son it’s always thru zoom. Our BT also is getting frustrated because he is not getting any help no new goal for my son. To cut it short our son’s BT resigned because of lack of support from the management. Mamanger and scheduler also never returned our emails, they only send us emails at their convenient and never answered our questions. Management doesn’t care about the well being of our son nor helping our son. They only care about collecting $$ from our insurance.. stay away! The office people is the problem.

If I could give them zero stars I would but since I can't they're lucky to get 1. Before I picked this place their ratings were low and had bad reviews. As of now looks like they've deleted them. But I definitely don't recommend taking your children to this place. The BT's aren't licensed it's like they are just getting random ppl and calling them Behavioral therapist.

Terrible company, wouldn't recommend to receive ABA services from them. Employees are highly under qualified and not trained properly creating a harsh environment for children.

Autism Learning Partners (ALP) deserves negative stars. Even a single star is too generous considering the ordeal they put innocent children and families through. Their actions do not benefit the children they claim to serve. They lie and deceive parents, lack transparency, and their leadership fails to follow through. No parent should trust this company with their child, especially if your child is non-verbal autistic child. My son had been receiving ABA therapy from another provider and thrived under their care. However, due to an insurance change in April, we switched to ALP. I made it clear that I'd like to consider continuity with his previous therapist as she was very effective with him and they have already developed a rapport. I was told to have her apply and go through the hiring process like everyone else. Fine. I wasn't expecting to cut corners. After about two months of waiting, ALP finally matched my son with his therapist, and it was a fleeting moment of relief. She was someone who they recently hired. My son was excited, they developed rapport the first day and he was looking forward to seeing her for his second session the next day. I brought him home from school early so that he could begin her session with him. She didn't show up. I received no communication from ALP. We later learned she had quit. With this therapist, ALP sent someone to my home who didn't know what autism is and had interest in working with autistic children. ALP's approach seems to be a haphazard rush to match any therapist with any child, without regard for compatibility or the child's needs. Their so-called solution was to send yet another inexperienced therapist. Obviously I was concerned that the very same thing would happen again. ALP is apparently used to this happening and they will just get another therapist quickly trained and get them matched to m son. That's their solution. ALP's model is fundamentally flawed, constantly shuffling children between therapists, wasting precious time on rapport-building and setting nonsense goals rather than delivering effective ABA therapy. When I spoke with Jessica about the possibility of my son continuing with his previous therapist, she claimed it was against their policy--contradicting their earlier advice to have her apply. This inconsistency eroded any remaining trust I had in them. ALP clearly does not prioritize these children's success. Their practices are detrimental and they fail to advocate for the children they serve. I am now seeking another in-network provider because I cannot trust ALP with my son's care. No other parent and child should have to endure what we did. ALP's model of constant therapist turnover is harmful. They need to support families genuinely, not perpetuate high egos from their leadership team and push for poor practices.

I would give them no stars if I could. They are not up front with you when you talk to them. They won't work with the schedule for the kid. If they recommend hours and if it's too much for the child they don't care or change it. They won't give you service. They don't take in consideration what is best for the child. Don't use them keep looking and you will find a better company out there.

I wish I could give less stars. If you want inconsistency and constant turn overs choose A is for Apple. If you want your child to be constantly violated through HIPPAA and gossipping then this is the place for you. If you're a good parent who loves their child RUN. If you're looking for decent ASD help with ABA OT or ST RUN. Dont waste your time or expose your child take it from me

The facility is super nice and friendly but their billing/ financial dept is a mess. I submit insurance and they said it is all covered by insurance but then after half a year I get a $1500 bill since insurance only cover 20% …
