List of Behavior Frontiers In-Home Autism Care's Reviews
We have used their services for over 4 years for our child and have seen so much progress. The ABA is play based and encourages and challenges our kiddo in a positive way. The BT's that we have had have been professional, patient, caring and knowledgeable. Our BCBA's have been supportive, attentive and accommodating. We place a lot of trust in the individuals helping our child and feel that our child is safe. Having a child with special needs is daunting and you just want the best support and feel heard. We have had this experience thus far with this agency and are so grateful.
My son has received Frontier Behavior services for a little over a year and we are more than fortunate to have their support and service. The technicians have been amazing in supporting us to redirect behaviors and improve transitions, as well as the great progress we have seen in the development of communication. The basis of everything is definitely communication with the team, both supervisors and scheduling and technicians, and they have provided their best support when it has been needed.
Horrible business, they are very inconsiderate. Bad quality of care and not attentive
Behavior frontiers is very professional and will work with your insurance. My kids have made a ton of progress working with them over the past year, even through the pandemic. If you're on the fence call them and get that ball rolling now, you won't regret it.
Both of my sons have received services through Behavior frontiers for the past year and it has been a game changer. Their staff is very professional and prompt. Both my son's loved their technicians and made gains in many areas, including reduced tantrums and increased language. The company is great about billing insurance and holds monthly meetings with the whole team to discuss progress and concerns. Some techs are better than others, but letting your supervisor know goes a long way towards increasing tech performance. Don't hesitate, getting your kiddo the services they need early is key and behavior frontiers is great.
We opted for Behavior Frontiers for ours kid's ABA therapy from June 2020 and it was one of the best decisions that we made. We contacted them during April 2020. They scheduled an evaluation via telehealth in May and started the session in early June. We believe this worked really well for us considering the Covid-19 pandemic. They did not push for too many hours of therapy for the sake of it. This was an area of concern for us when we were looking for a provider. After almost one year of therapy with them, our kid has shown tremendous progress. They listen to our concerns and developed plan to address those. Our kid's case manager Gwen has been good with identifying and curating plans for our kid . Behavior Therapist's under Gwen were really good, who were genuinely interested in helping the kid and not just running programs. Despite being in a pandemic, they have been able to provide sessions consistently with the same BT's. They have a good Covid-19 protocol in place to ensure safety for everyone involved, however due to this sometimes sessions are cancelled as precaution. Overall, our experience has been good. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent and caring providers. My child has been with them for several years and a big part of his improvement is because of their help.
Our experience with Behavior Frontiers was horrible. BCBAs and Clinical Director, Angela are very unprofessional. Be careful, they accepted us a new patient right away but they didn't have the staff to provide us sessions. My son has lost 3 months because of them. They have very major scheduling issues, more than half of our sessions have been cancelled with a short notice without giving any valid reason. I suggest you never consider them if you have an other option.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
