Best facial I've ever had! Damian was incredibly professional and easy to communicate with, which made booking the appointment very easy. My skin was so dry and sun-damaged, but he took such great care of it. I also love the spa's location. It was easy to find, and parking was super chill. Overall, such a great experience, and I highly recommend coming here!

Damian was really sweet and I do think the treatment helped my back. However it isn’t the most comfortable as there’s no hole for your head so it’s harder to breathe. I also paid for a 60 minute service and it was done in 40 minutes, even though I got there early.

This place is so ass. I truly do believe that this business literally operates based on vibes. I've never had such a difficult time scheduling an appointment for a beauty treatment. I also bought a Groupon to try out this spa. The scheduling process took almost a month which is crazy. Here's the rundown of what happened: - I've emailed the spa to make an appointment but they take basically days to respond. - I had to contact them on IG and call their phone number multiple times to reach them - They also didn't even book the appointment under the right name. - I specifically said in the DMs that I am scheduling for TWO people. Then on the very day of the appointment, they said they only have it scheduled for one person. This entire process just turned me down from this place and made me realize that getting this facial wasn't worth it- so I reached out to Groupon and they kindly proceeded with my refund. I even saw a recent review that describes nearly the same experience I have- which was not there when I was vetting places on Groupon for facials. If I were to recommend someone to this place, it'd be my biggest enemies. Just don't come here unless you got time on your hands to waste. At the very least, use Square or some other booking service because this is the most unorganized establishment I've ever been to.

I just got my first hydra facial by Damian and it was such an amazing experience. The entire atmosphere of his spa is so peaceful and professional. The facial itself was very relaxing and my skin feels like brand new after!! So glowy and smooth. It’s clear that Damian is very Knowledgable on everything skincare, and passionate about what he does. Don’t hesitate to book with him!

This 1 star comes w/a caveat that I never used this service, not because of a lack of trying on my part. Let me explain below. Timeline: Mar 6: contacted to schedule appointment. Appointment scheduled for 3/16 Mar 16: arrive at business. Doors are closed, no one responding by text or email. I thought I was scammed (bought offer on Groupon). Receive a text 1 hour later that business owner involved in accident. I understood, thus rescheduled to Apr 12 Apr 12: asked by owner to push out session to 1p. I agreed. Texts towards later in the morning that he's not feeling well, needs to reschedule. We agree on Apr 27. Apr 24: owner tells me he can't do Apr 27, asking me to reschedule to May 4. I tell him no, I can't keep shuffling my schedule to accommodate his. I then work w/Groupon to secure refund. May 9: sends me a text w/the comment "hello, hope you've been doing well since your last visit!" You mean...the visit that never happened? I'm in marketing, but wow, that felt like a poorly planned message to a non-customer. I asked to be removed from the distribution list, hopefully owner listens. So, do I look like I made the effort to use this service. IMHO, hell yes! Does the owner look like he made the effor to provide his service? Not enough to warrant even a 1-star rating. And if the owner disputes this story, I'll gladly update to post the text string.

I had an amazing experience here. The ambience is calming and welcoming. Esthetician was professional and knowledgeable and he took time to understand my skin concerns before customizing the treatment. My skin felt incredibly refreshed, hydrated and glowing afterward. I also appreciated the helpful skincare tips shared during the session. Thank you.

I had my first hydrofacial with Damian , and it was the best experience, he has the most gentle hands, and I felt pampered the whole time, I got a lot compliments about how my skin was glowing . I recommend him 100%
