I've entrusted my eyes to Dr.Mac for 20+yrs, and have always left here happy and taken care. He's always answered all my questions, and explained things in detail. The staff here has gone the extra mile to help me with my eyeglasses on several occasions, due to me sitting on them because I'm clumsy, or simply tightening the screws. Always greeted with a smile, and seeing Dr.Mac yearly, makes me feel like I'm seeing an old friend...

This is my third year and i still feel privileged visiting Dr. Mac. I am very thankful to him for helping my daughter adapt to CRT. He provides easy and doable solutions for all the eye related problems.

I like how they properly greet us as soon as we enter and it doesn't take long for them to serve you. I also like how it is always clean and tidy inside; I feel very comfortable.

Left a voicemail x2 to schedule and never received a call. Everytime I call there is never a live person picking up.

So I've been coming here for years and same deal the front desk is a nightmare! They keep scheduling my appointments in the wrong dates every year it's October how can you get that wrong every year for 3 years straight. Then when I requested to fix it she says to call sooner because it's a holding slot only and if there are no appointment available they put it in November. I'm like hello every year when I call there are appointment available in October so why don't you fix my appt she says it's automated . I'm like getting annoyed at her and ask for a manager so maybe he can fix it. When I asked to speak to the manager she says he's not here and she can't release that information. I'm like ok so I call back and she says he's there Tuesday. SMDH. What a joke. By the way I still have it 3 stars because dr Mac is awesome.

Been a patient of Dr Mac for a few years now. He’s super friendly, knowledgeable and the visits are always quick but not feel rushed. As a mom of 2, I really appreciate that because I’m always on the go, constantly running out of time. Very professional staff, never had a problem with them. They had some interesting new technology too to take pictures of the back of the retina so we can see the eyes health.
