I’ve been seeing Kim at Best Physical Therapy for almost 2 years, and she has been extremely helpful with providing healing body work and exercises to help with my ailments. Kim is extremely knowledgeable regarding the human anatomy. Every time I finish a session with Kim, there is a noticeable difference in my body and mind as she takes the time to listen and provide guidance. Kim has so much compassion for her patients. They’re absolutely the best! I’m so grateful for their help. The entire team was so welcoming and attentive, starting with Angie at the front desk. My therapists, Kim and Paul, were incredibly professional and caring, they took the time to explain every step of my treatment plan and provided me with the tools and exercises I needed to recover from my injury. Simply stated they are the BEST. Thank you Best (Almaden) for setting the highest standards of physical rehabilitation, education and care for your clients. This review is long overdue, however, because I’ve waited 18 months to submit this review, I think I can give a thorough evaluation of the Almaden Best Physical Therapy office and their services, which explains why I highly recommend them to other patients . It all begins with Angie at the front desk, she is friendly, helpful and welcoming. She consistently is on top of scheduling patients appointments and dealing with insurance issues. All the physical therapists at this office are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and form a cohesive team that maintains quality control and integrity. The physical therapy aides are friendly, encouraging and engaging with patients. My treatment has been for pinched nerves, in the neck, and back and total hip replacement surgery. I am extremely appreciative to my physical therapist (Kim). Your expertise, support, guidance, and encouragement have made all the difference in my recovery and regaining my physical mobility and strength.

Kim is the absolute B.E.S.T. I have truly benefited working with Kim at the Almaden facility. She, along with the other providers (Adan, Nadiem) are awesome. They know their stuff and I am amazed at how they continue to find new ways to help me with my post ACL surgery rehab. Highly recommend this facility

I highly recommend this location on Almaden Expressway. My therapist Kim is one of the best I've experienced on patient care! She always helps me when I come in with pain by her therapy she provides and teaching me throughly how to do exercises and workouts at home. She is super professional and detailed when it comes to our benefit in patient healing and care. The office over all is very welcoming and are pretty good on trying to accommodate in making appointments I highly recommend Kim as a therapist and this location !

BEST PT in Almaden Valley is great. Angie at the front desk is always so helpful and nice :) and Adan is the best! Great little physio center! I’ve been going there for a few years now and they’re great.

Extremely disappointing. I've been a repeat client at Best for several years. Owner Kathy was *fabulous*. New owner? Let's see...she was late for our initial appointment. Her clothing was sloppy. Should have been neat & tidy, like everyone else that works there. Her hair? Uncombed. The questions she asked were all on the prescription form I'd dropped off the week before. I asked several times if she'd read it. Oh yes, she said. Then WHY are you asking me questions that would be answered if you'd read the prescription?? Very frustrating. I did 8 visits over a 4-week period. Did not help One. Little. Bit. I won't be going back.
