My first experience with Darlene was great! Please note, it's not your typical facial. She's passionate about her craft and is generous with her knowledge of face muscles and their role in keeping you looking your best. Don't hesitate. You won't regret it.

Darlene is amazing. She is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and most of all, she really cares about her clients. She focused on some lack of facial symmetry and made a difference. I would recommend her to everyone.

Thank you for your reply Darlene. Your response is, once again, dishonest. You NEVER discussed the treatment depths, energy levels, and adjustments made based on each person's unique facial structure, or the use of macro-focused ultrasound and radiofrequency. You very clearly told me in text that you could not answer those questions and needed verification with your boss. You did however spend A LOT of time on explaining the use of a special massage technique that takes away the need for numbing and causes less pain - and upselling me to a bigger treatment plan which would require that I come in every week for 4-6 weeks which is consistent with other reviews on here. You've never seen my skin in person for an assessment - and somehow still pushed such a extensive treatment. That's why I asked those follow up questions in my text message to begin with. To confirm the things that were not addressed. This is in plain text for anyone that is interested to see. While I did expect a response, if I wasn't already concerned with your business ethics, I am now thoroughly concerned with the lack of accountability.

It was my first time at Beyond the Spa. Visiting Beyond Spa was a truly refreshing and new experience! Darlene is absolutely amazing at what she does--highly knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough in explaining each step of the facial process. I had the most amazing facial experience and couldn't wait to share it. From the first time I spoke with Darlene when I was scheduling my appointment, she immediately put me at ease and walked me through the entire process on what to expect. I've had many different forms of facials and this was my first time doing the hifu ultherapy service which was what brought me to Beyond The Spa.
