Bhargava Gannavarapu Md's Online Review Report Card

This review for the day of my endoscopy appointment.I arrived on time and when I was getting out of my car I see a young man in scrubs walking away from a car that's rolling towards him. It turns out he left it on neutral. But instead of jumping into the driver side to stop it, he jumps into the passenger side. After a couple of minutes he manages to stop the roll. It looked like he was stoned. After that, he casually leaves without saying anything and runs up to Dr Gannavarapus medical unit (#207 in Los Gatos).To have someone like that on a medical team, no matter what position they're in, destroys any trust. I cancelled my appointment then and there. They did not care about the situation and still charged me $200 for a no show, doubling down on their negligence towards a patient. If this doesn't matter to the next patient, then go for it. But I'm not going under anesthesia after knowing someone like that was allowed to be a part of their team. What does that say about their judgement skills and attention to detail?

Terrific bedside manner, attentive and overall a an excellent medical provider. I have more procedures coming up and feel less anxious due to having a doctor who is competent and kind.

I don't normally leave reviews, but Dr. Gannavarapu is a superb Gastroenterologist. I had my consultation, followed by a colonoscopy and now my follow up appointment. The clinic was very busy and I was told it's always like that, yet I was not rushed. And I had important questions given my family DNA with respect to gastrolenterology.This Dr. is fantastic.

They did not tell me anything about my Xray , left them massage nobody care !!

I recently saw Dr. Gannavarapu for a colonoscopy and an endoscopy. On the pre-procedure appointment he was very informative and answered all of my questions. I was given plenty of instructions and explanations on what to expect. On the day of the procedure, he and his staff were great! The procedure went off w/o a hitch, and I was very comfortable right away. I've now had my post-procedure appointment, and again, the doctor and his staff were extremely nice, professional, and above all, the doctor was willing to take the time to answer all my questions - I never felt rushed, and he made me feel like someone important, not just another patient. And that pretty much goes for his office personnel who were all just as nice. Special thanks to Angelica for answering all my phone messages left late on a Friday afternoon before a 3-day holiday weekend.

Dr. Gannavarapu is great doctor. He was very helpful to myself from the start to the end. Recommended to all.
