Priscilla especially and Perla, issa , Trang, Zaida are all rock stars. You see them shinning even after 6 pm helping people like me!
We have an appointment on Dec29th to get new glasses for my son and we still did not get our glasses on Feb 12th. There was an update few weeks ago that the order for new glasses is lost but after that there is no update or glasses.
IF YOU HAVE AN OPTION TO PICK ANOTHER OFFICE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSEIf I could give these negative stars I would. Their lack of customer service skills is disgusting. I brought in both of my kids (one of which is autistic and has sensory processing disorder) to see Dr. Tai, at their initial exam she told me I'd have to bring them back on another day to get their eyes dilated to get an "accurate prescription". My 5year old has been wearing glasses for a while, and they've never been dilated before, but none the less I listened to her, kept them out of school and brought them back in on Monday morning. Getting my 5year old sons eyes dilated was a horrible experience. Complete lack of compassion and understanding for someone who has autism and SPD. After 45 minutes of struggle and dad coming to the appointment we finally got his eyes dilated. We waited another 30 minutes, went back inside for the rest of their appointment. Afterwards I took both of them out to pick out their glasses. Both of the kids picked out glasses and different colors, I was told everything was all set and I could call back on Friday to place the order. When I called back on Friday I was told by Isabel that one of my sons orders were there, but the other wasn't, and I'd have to find a time to bring him back. Meaning, more time off work for me and more time out of school for him. Both of which are not possible. I told Isabel, since they made the error the polite and customer service thing to do would be to let us come in right now (as he was already off school and I was done with work) and let us finish the process so they could place the order. Isabel tells me that they are full for the day and there's nothing they can do but find a different day. Not only is this poor customer service but this will postpone my sons getting their glasses, which they both need.THIS OFFICE IS HORRIBLE. they lack basic customer service skills. When I called the following day to speak with the office manager Trang, she also gave me a list of excuses about why they couldnt squeeze my son in for 5 minutes to get his PD measurement. One girl got sick, the other was in a car accident. All excuses that I dont really care to hear, or really care about. Everyone has their own lives with their own problems. IF you can perform your job then dont come to work.
Have both my contacts and glasses here and every-time I am here it is always the same. Wait for a while and then see the doctor and then leave. Nothing really stands out here and is expensive. I ordered my contacts and had to change for a year down to 6 months since it was way out of budget for me. I wanted them delivered so I would not have to come back again, but they said that it would be a $20 delivery fee...I would have assumed they covered the fee since they do eyewear and contacts, but I guess not. Probably not going to come back after I run out of contacts. It's not terrible but it's not great. I would recommend somewhere else.
They will charge you $50 if you try and reschedule an appointment. I was a new customer and will go somewhere else now.
Our entire family has been going to Branham Family Eye Care for over 15 years. Dr. Chow and his staff have always been friendly, caring and have never rushed us through an appointment. He takes the time to explain my eye health in detail and you will appreciate that as you age i.e. need reading glasses, develop cataracts etc. We have purchased multiple pairs of glasses, prescription sunglasses and contacts and have always been satisfied. I am always given my prescription after my exam and could go elsewhere if I wanted. The wait to be seen is very seldom unreasonable and who goes to a doctor these days and gets in right at their appointment? When I leave a message to make an appointment I will get a call back within an hour or two.I recommend Branham Family Eye Care to all my friends and will continue to do so.
Proceed with caution. These guys are strictly about making money. Whether it's upselling unnecessary test, steering you toward more expensive eyewear, or holding your contact prescription hostage so you purchase through them, every, single thing is about making more money. While annoying, I might not care if they provided great service, but they really don't. You always wait long after your appointment time to see anyone. And, when you finally do see the Dr. they always seem to be working at a frantic pace and rushing to get you out (after you pay of course). The kicker, they bill you for a missed appointment you may have made a year ago, even though they send zero reminders. These guys should be investigated.
My family has gone to Branham Family Eye care for at least 10 years. Unfortunately, it has really degraded over the past couple of years to the point where we will not return. The last time I was there, I waited 45 min to be seen which is excessive--especially since they make it so difficult to schedule appointments unless you write them on a note card a year in advance. The doctors have turned over a bunch (telling). The policies there are so inflexible- you have to make an appointment to pick up frames. My husband missed an appointment due to getting Covid - forgot to call and they charged us $50. Wow they really care about us as patients. We live super close but would gladly drive farther to avoid this hassle.
This is the first time to purchase glasses in this store with bad experience. Purchased on Saturday, right before office close. The office does not open on Sunday and Monday. So, I left voice mail to cancel the order, also called again on the very next business day (9am on Tuesday), this is the earliest possible time to speak with anyone there. But they told oder cannot be canceled. It is not reasonable as other glasses stores even have 30 days satisfaction guarantee! The order in this store cannot be canceled on next business day. After discuss, one technician agrees to check if order is making in factory, I am not sure if it's an excuse to not refund. Will update the result ...
save your self time an money . dont go here for glasses.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
