If they practice medicine the same way they schedule appointments, you’re cooked. I’ve been twice arriving on time for an appointment just to be told the wait is 2-3 hours. I worry the concept of an appointment is not something they’re clear on. Highly recommend heading down the road to Action Urgent care! Incredible patient care and service.

Very professional- I went there for blocked ears after initial assessment they removed the wax and inspected my ear drum for any other issues; was initially advised to use nasal spray and chewing gum if symptoms persisted. I feel like I have new hearing now, thanks for making me feel at ease and prompt treatment. I was also able to book a slot conveniently. Very clean medical facility, centrally located with adequate parking.

Actually so funny because about 2 years ago I was insured through Kaiser and for a very similar app (flu symptoms, needed an evaluation, tests and prescriptions) it cost me with insurance well over $500. Absolutely insane to me that I was able to walk into Carbon Health today with no insurance, no appointment, spent less than 2 hours there total, and paid less than $300 for everything. Insurance and Kaiser is a scam while Carbon Health is providing excellent, efficient care to the people coming through their doors.Thank you so much to the team that helped me today, extremely kind and professional people!

They were real friendly,fast and efficient.

The front desk staff was unprofessional, and the registration process was concerning. I left my coffee on a seat in the lobby because I expected to return after checking in. However, a nurse asked me to throw it away, stating that no one was available to clean up after it. This was frustrating, especially since I ended up waiting approximately two hours before I was able to see the doctor.And the nurse said that dr need more 30 minutes or cancel appointments for today or come tomorrow lol just wast my time, never again

As far as quality of care, they're fine. I haven't seen a provider here in a bit. I had an appointment today but the front desk person wanted to over bill me for today's appointment (I'm an expert in providers/insurance contracts by profession). I was disappointed they weren't adhering to contractual basics. PAMF and Stanford pulls this crap but they have a lab and specialists in house. Why should a person deal with Shady business practices WITHOUT the convenience. I had just called to establish Carbon Health in Campbell as a PCP but I canceled it after walking away from today's appointment. Shady business practices might be the norm, but you have to justify it (or, just be ethical and do/know the basics).

I scheduled online for pre-employment tests, but then they called me to move my appointment to another day at 9am. When I arrived, they stated they couldn't do the tests until 10am because the system "doesn't open until 10." Then why did you schedule my appointment for 9am? I waited about 20 minutes after my new appointment time of 10:00. The first part of the tests went smoothly. I then waited another 45 minutes for the provider to complete the physical exam. The follow up for my pre-employment TB test was super quick and easy. In and out in 5 minutes and was seen before my appointment time. Highly recommend calling ahead for an appointment (instead of booking online) and to get insurance verified. I overheard several other patients being told their insurance wasn't verifying into the system, despite the clinic being in network.

The wait was 45m even though we had a 9:30am appointment, but I have to say, it was totally worth it. My two boys, 18m and 3yrs, had splinters in their feet. One was so deep that my 3 yr old couldn’t put weight on his toe. The doctor got them all out so easily. We couldn’t get them out at home and just made it worst. Thank goodness for the quick help considering we are going out of town tomorrow. Thank you SO much for this clinic for handling 2 TODDLERS on a Sunday.
