I met with Olga for Botox and explained what I needed, as I wanted just a touch up. She was very attentive and knowledgeable and did a great job! Will definitely go back.

I am debating whether to give a 2 or 3 star rating. On positives, I think Lumecca is the best IPL device which Cataleya offers. I also found the space to me clean, aesthetically nice, and the staff friendly. And the treatment did improve a couple spots on my face. The cons: - they didn’t offer face wash for me to cleanse my face prior to my treatment or provide a cleansing service. There is no disclosure that requires clients to arrive with their faces pre-cleansed. I brought my own face wash thankfully but this is a first dock. - the clinician was kind, attentive, and well versed in skin best practices. I think her name was yulia. However, I found her to lack confidence is using the IPL device. She struggled with maneuvering the device and wire, and the machine ebbed on/off into its idle mode before needing to ramp again. Clinician cited when it idles it turns off. Which leads me to be confused why she struggled with pulsing the machine with consistency. I noticed this primarily once she hit my mid face where expertise was needed to maneuver closer to my eyes. The results reflected this. I had little to no “coffee grinds” where pigment was effectively treated in my mid face or anywhere near me eyes. The clinician seemed terrified and very uncomfortable going any where near my eyes even though I was wearing eye protection and have sun damage in those areas that needed to be treated. - there was no precaution to cover my eyebrows with any adhesive tape to protect from the IPL light. And unfortunately it appears that my brow hairs on my inner right brow were lasered off (haven’t grown back since my treatment in march). For $500 I would expect a better experience, with a more confident practitioner

Always a wonderful experience. I get so many compliments on my skin. Some people ask me why I don’t age!

The staff at Cataleya Aesthetics are very profesional and friendly. The office and patient room are very clean and comfortable. I've been treated at this office three times for Laser Hair Removal and each time I have been satisfied. The results are in my favor, I am very pleased. Ok everyone!!! I have an update I just finished my PRX treatment and WOW what a difference in my face. The texture, lines, and tone! Like I can really see an improvement! I love love. I should've probably took some before pictures, but I could show you the after pictures and you will see to sunspots that have been dramatically lightened and I had a patch above my right eye that's all gone!I'm 56 years old and have no botox in my face (over due for some) I just admire the team here and they work they do!
