We have had the absolute privilege of having Sharlyn from Chatterbox Speech Therapy as my son's Speech therapist. He was diagnosed with Autism at age 1.5 and Sharlyn has been working with him for the past 2 years.She is a complete professional, courteous, energetic and super knowledgable about all things Autism and speech related. She was the first person who told us that our son has Apraxia in addition to his Autism diagnosis and she has been diligently working with him to help him overcome his challenges. We have gone from having a completely nonverbal child with no expressive or receptive language to a happy, curious, chatty 3.5 year old who has a huge vocabulary, understands most of what we say and has recently started using 2-5 word phrases and sentences!! Sharlyn is always happy to answer all your questions and go the extra mile to help your child - she has helped us with IEP meetings, social stories and generally been a great resource. She is great with kids and also with giving us ideas and tips on how to generalize strategies to the home environment. If you have a child with any kind of speech or articulation issues, we highly recommend Sharlyn and Chatterbox Speech therapy!

Sharlyn has been working with my little girl for about a year now. She is an amazing speech therapist. She makes speech both fun and productive! My daughter's speech and articulation skills have improved tremendously since working with Sharlyn. It's such an added bonus that she does her therapy in our home. It gives me a chance to get some things done around the house while also overhearing the sessions! I highly recommend Sharlyn and Chatterbox speech therapy!
