We have been bringing out kids to Dr Del for over a decade. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she is great with our kids. Her office is quite busy as it would be for a top doctor like her, but they are always willing to fit us in at the last minute with another doctor in the practice as needed. Thanks Dr Del!

She's not the best and not the worst. She is always in a rush.

Dr Del is consistently in a rush all the time and she doesn't seem genuine. My child doesn't like her and gets a bad vibe from her.

We had a really bad experience booking an appointment with the front desk staff. The receptionist was very inflexible and almost rude with us. Unfortunately it's not what it used to be, and we will probably switch to a new provider soon.

It's taken me a while to write this review because of how upset I got thinking about our experience here. The office is nice and clean, the staff friendly, and while not overly convenient, I could usually get an appointment that was at a time that worked for our family. Dr. Del Signore is part of the Stanford network. While I thought this would be a positive, I think it traps her in a way of practicing that is not very flexible and was not always in the best interest of the child's health. It was also annoying to fill out four pages of "how is mother and child doing" each time we visited instead of just having a conversation. Every time I went for a checkup, it felt like a CYA exercise instead of a productive experience. My main issue is that I felt pressure from Dr. Del Signore to vaccinate on the aggressive CDC schedule. Perhaps it was a miscommunication, but when my husband and I interviewed her for our pediatrician, she seemed open to being flexible with the timing of vaccinations. A pediatrician should be supportive of the whole family's needs. At several times, I felt like Dr. Del Signore had her priorities in an order opposite of mine (1. Her practice, 2. General population health, 3. My child's health and best interests). She could be a great doctor for some, but not our family. If you are considering choosing her as your family's pediatrician, please make sure you ask every possible question you can and be prepared for limited flexibility. There are plenty of great doctors out there that are willing to work with families. Luckily, we have a perfectly healthy child and have found a doctor willing to work with us on a personal level, instead of business.

Dr Del was able to see my daughter on short notice recently. She took the time to explain everything and all our options available. I felt she was able to relate to my daughter, who is a teenager, without being condescending. She has always been wonderful to all my children. Her staff is also kind and caring. I recommended her to my friends.

I use to think that Dr.Del was a caring pediatrician. My children have been going to her office for over 2 yrs now. We don't see her any more for there check ups or when they are sick. It seems like we are always getting tossed to some other Dr .that is hard to understand or Dr Vrit . Cause Dr Del is never there. I have also noticed that this office has a very HIGH turn over on employee's which looks very bad. !!!! It's nice to walk into a Dr's office and see the same faces.... I think the front desk girls are very nice and do a great job. They always find a way to make sure my children are seen when they are sick. Even if its not with there pediatrician.

I like the doctor, unfortunately her front desk staff is quite unfriendly and even when it doesn't appear to be that busy, you can expect a pretty long wait. wish they would just call me when the doctor was ready and I would drive in.

Very competent and caring pediatrician. Her office always has availability for emergency appointments. The staff is very professional and helpful. My kids don't mind going to the doctor because of how friendly everyone there is.
