I have been attending Clarity Medical Spa for five years, and the doctor has been excellent. She takes her time to explain things and shares her knowledge and experience. I previously went to another facility for fillers, where I had a negative experience; however, the doctor resolved my situation, earning my trust and allowing me to see her expertise firsthand. I have received PRP, Botox, and fillers, and have always been satisfied at Clarity Medical.

I have been here at various times for both botox and pdo threads and have always been statisfied. It is clear that Dr. Patel is both knowledgeable and has extensive training in the products she is offering. They also offer package deals for those interested in multiples of treatments!

I am writing to formally request a refund for a treatment I received at your spa. I was charged a significant amount—$1,500—for an under-eye filler procedure that was meant to reduce my eye bags. It has now been over a year, and unfortunately, I have seen no improvement. My eye bags remain the same. I have contacted my bank to dispute this charge, as I am very dissatisfied with the results and the overall service. I have also reached out to your spa, but I have not received any resolution or refund. Since the treatment was ineffective and did not deliver the promised results, I believe a refund is fair and justified. Please consider this my final request for a refund. If I do not receive a resolution, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint with the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and other relevant consumer protection agencies. I hope we can resolve this matter quickly and professionally. Please pay your attention

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Patel at Clarity Mediical spa.The customer service was outstanding from start to finish—everyone was welcoming and professional. I had the EZ Gel procedure, and it went so smoothly. Dr. Patel is incredibly kind, patient, and generous. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. On top of that, she offers great deals that make high-quality care accessible for everyone. Highly recommend!
