After suffering with pain for months I was referred to Dr. Zhang. She was excellent in diagnosis and explained how to use exercises to restore my shoulder. With three weeks the pain was gone--from four tylenols/day to one tylenol a week. Her professionalism and enthusiasm was exceptional.

I recently broke my leg and was given a Physical therapist to come to my home. I got Danae Long from Kairos and she was very sweet and patient. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me tremendously. When I randomly started crying during our first session she comforted me and reassured me that I was okay. She taught me many different stretches and exercises that made life a lot easier and made my leg feel incredible. She gave me confidence to walk up steps and walk around by reassuring me that I would be fine and to take things slow. She did a lovely job at helping me and she will be missed.

I can NOT speak highly enough of Cindy's MPS treatment to reduce scar tissue! I have seen her 3 times and have a HUGE reduction in the scar tissue that formed after breast reduction surgery a year and a half ago. Until I met Dr. Zhang, I had to see an acupuncturist at least 2 times a week to keep the pulling and tugging inside me at bay, but after only 2 MPS treatments, I have been able to forgo acupuncuture all together! MPS is the ONLY thing I've found to address the scar tissue directly, and I am forever indebted to Cindy for being able to help me so effectively and painlessly!! There are not many people who know this relatively new therapy in the Bay Area, so she's a true gem for those of us who need to reduce scar tissue!!!

Cindy is an awesome physical therapist. She helps me from my ankle injury and gave me several exercises so that I can work daily at home to fasten my recover speed. Highly recommended!!! =)

I went to see Cindy a month ago because of a lot of pain in my shoulder. Cindy evaluated my shoulder and determined a strained rotator cuff muscle was the cause. She then surprised me by advising 6 visits to restore my range of motion and alleviate the pain. I really thought a shoulder injury would take more time than that. Today, 6 visits later, my range of motion is back to where it was before I hurt myself and I am virtually pain free. Cindy also gave me home therapy directions to follow to maintain and continue to improve. Her care plan was well thought out and well carried out. I am so glad I met her when I needed a therapist. She really cares about her patients and you never feel like just another number in the day.
