Dae-Wook Kang's Online Review Report Card

Dr Kang is everything I wanted from a doctor. Hes nice and easy to talk to, listens, and overall provides excellent general healthcare. He is also very kind and I can sense hes genuinely interested in my health. He went out of his way one time to answer my questions when I traveled out of state. I highly recommend Dr Kang.

My husband went to see Dr. Kang a few times and I finally got him to switch to a PAMF physician for primary care. Dr. Kang doesn't seem interested in follow-up and whenever my husband gets labs or other tests done, he never hears back and has to call back repeatedly. The receptionists will tell him that the doctor will call him back later, and he never does. So finally my husband just gets the receptionist to email over the results to him so we can interpret it ourselves.I wonder if Dr. Kang doesn't get back to him because he's overwhelmed with work or because he wants my husband to come back again and bill another office visit in order to review his results.

I really enjoy seeing Dr Kang. He is down to earth, easy to talk to, and has a good sense of humor. He listens and is attentive and sensitive to what you have to say as well. I have been i good health since I have been in his care and am confident he will keep me in good health. By the way, he brings his cute dog to the office though doggie is well behaved and stays out of the way.

At O'Connor Hosp, quite impressed -- excellent doctor and very good with patient's family -- really helped us in a difficult, sad situation. Hosp staff likes him too, which says a lot about the kind of person he is.

Please avoid at all cost.If you are okay with getting ripped off but hassle free medical exam for your visa, go for it.They are nice until they collect all of their money.They told me to get reimbursement for the vaccination I got as a part of exam. They asked me to pay with my credit card since the medical exam for visa is not covered by the insurance. When I claimed my vaccination to my insurance, they denied my claim saying it is a duplicate. It turns out they already charged my insurance and took the money.When I called them, they said "their system is down and they will call me back when the system comes back online".I guess their system has not come back for weeks? Good luck with that!Update: They sent me a refund check a month later from my visit. I'm not sure if this is because of my review or not. I updated my stars from 1 to 3.

I love seeing dr. Kang who is professional and knowledgeable, but the receptionists (especially the rude girl in the front desk) should be nice. I am getting a lot of stress to call them for appt and any follow-up.

Dr. Kang is very helpful. My immigration medical exam was a no hassle one because of him and his team! The secretary is such a charmer, clearly explained how we can maximize the insurance so we won't pay a lot. If you are to get your Immigration Medical Exam, this is definitely a place to go- helpful, easy, budget-friendly!

I have been going to Dr. Dae-Wook Kang for my annual physical for 1 years. He is extremely in tune with Men's health issues and has excellent bedside manner. Wish I could do blood work and go to appointment....instead of appointment-blood work-appointment. He is very good!

I have been a patient of Dr Kang for a very long time! Love Dr Kang!!! Patients view will always be different. Some patients expect too much from a doctor. They are NOT GOD!! Doctors will do their best but don't expect everything to be perfect! Doctors are humans, too.
