David Chui's Online Review Report Card

I was in time, still i Waited 45 minutes, then I got weight in the exact weight I said I was. Then after 15 more minutes I was brought to the doc office where I waited some more time, then finally this one showed up and asked me the very questions I filled up their questioning with for about 5 minutes. Time for me to go back to work... they ask me now a co payment of $183... for what??wasting my time?

This front office is rude and unprofessional. I was given a referral to this doc for an urgent procedure that required an endoscopy first. I was told to call back a after a day or so that the doctor could review the referral. I called two days later and the person in charge of scheduling initial consultations was beyond rude. She also said she didn't receive the referral but that was a lie. She asked about how soon we needed to be seen and proceeded to end with "let me save you some time. We can't see you soon. Our office booked until June". Dr. Chui really needs to clean up his front office staff. Cannot recommend them to anyone.

I had a referral for this office and my doctor's office faxed several times, a lady with a terrible personality said they never received it. So my doctor's office sent an email, which they did receive and the referral was good for one year. I went on out of town but when I returned I called them to make an appointment then they said that they closed the file and they would need another referral even though the referral was for one year. My doctor's officed faxed again, so I called them to see if they received the fax.That lady with a terrible pesonality said their fax is not working and that no matter what, now the waiting period is one year. Stay away from this rotten office, they don't care about anyone. If David Chui has any smarts then he should fire that terrible lady working in his office. I will never call this disorganzied terrible office again.

I was in the doctors office this afternoon and the staff in his office was very professional, explained the process and made me feel comfortable while I was there .

Always a good experience!! Always takes his time to listen and offers up great suggestions and a plan of attack!!

I recently had a colonoscopy done by Dr. Chui. He is a very friendly, warm and caring person. As the patient of first time for colonoscopy, I was nervous, but Dr. Chui and the nurses in the surgery room were very nice. They made me feel very comfortable before the procedure. They explained detail of the procedure and make the prep work very easy.

Recently, the front desk lady speak very fast... It seems like she is very busy.. The first doctor visit i experienced, there was one hour delayed.. After I had done the colonoscopy exam, doctor told me the result near lobby, there is no privacy at all. Moreover, I should be coded with preventative screening because I have no symptoms, but do the regular follow up..Doctor gave me diagnostic, it causes me to spend time to ask zero out three different bills. Therefore, I don't recommend at all.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. David Chui for over 25 years. He had perform ColonoscopyERCPOn the both of us.Recently I was referred back him to check on my ulcers.A simple procedure.I made the appointment, went in.The staff was kind and fast this time. The nurse called me in and did the blood pressure and medical history on me.Then went back to the waiting room to wait for Dr ChuiThen the nurse calls me again BUT takes me back to the exam roomShe States Dr. Chui won't see cause I've had previously work done at Stanford (which he referred me to 15 years ago.) WHAT ARE KIDDING???Nope she wasn't.Why didn't Dr. Chui tell us, why hide behind the nurse.NO BALLS So maybe think twice before going here.Good luckBlessings

He is always very thorough, pleasant and keeps on top of every detail.....yes, he's very busy and probably needs help in the office. The office staff is very nice and I have NEVER had any issues with the staff.
