Dr Chung is a wonderful doctor - she is thorough and professional and picked up a problem with my eye that had previously gone undetected. She takes the time to explain clearly what she's doing and what she finds. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and spent a lot of time helping me choose glasses and sunglasses. My appointments have always been on time and the office is clean and tidy. This place is great!

If I could give Dr. Chung 10 stars, I would! She is truly an amazing Doctor. She answers every single question from simple to complex and with DETAIL. She never makes you feel uneasy when asking about your eye health. This is what I love most about Dr. Chung.The office has a very open and fresh theme but still very family friendly. There is normally little to no wait time when you have an appointment. Saturday's are the busiest so you can expect to have a very minimal wait. If you're worried about a wait, don't be, she will give you the same 5 star treatment as she gives to any other patients.The frame selection ranges in price and design. (Ray Ban, TC Charton, Kate Spade, Juicy Couture, OGI, Marchon, Nike, Flexon and Vera Wang are a few brands that the office carries) You can get the best of both worlds with River Oaks Family Optometry's Frame selection and lens options.The girls at the front desk are also extremely helpful and also willing to give you their expert opinion when choosing what's best for you and your visual needs. Thank you Paula, Amanda and Regina for never letting me walk out of the office unsatisfied with my frame and lens selection! Go River Oaks Family Optometry! Great staff and perfect service.

I scheduled an appointment for today morning and right back at my desk I am writing this review. Dr. Chung is fantastic, as an adult I never knew so much about my eyes and she explained me in such a nice and friendly manner. You can clearly see that she loves her job and let me tell you something, she is excellent at it.If I could give 6/5 stars I would.

Dr. Chung and her staff is awesome! She was very thorough in her exam. Very patient in answering all my questions. Her staff was very helpful in filling out all my rebate forms for me and there was no pressure to buy unnecessary exam add-ons or glasses from her office. The cost of the disposable contacts I got were very competitive to Costco's prices and I got them delivered to me in 2 business days. Can't beat that!

Dr Chung is very professional. She is very nice to her patients. She also has a very good taste at choosing the right frame for her customers. I would recommend this optometry to people live around river oaks.

It is hard not to say few good words about Dr. Chung and her staffs. In this busy, highly capitalism silicon valley, I am glad to see a doctor who truly cares about her patient and the community as a whole. We should support those rare doctors!

Dr Chung's eye exam was very thorough, and I felt like she really cared about the health of my eyes. I also purchased a new pair of glasses and was very happy with the service I received while trying on different pairs and ultimately deciding on a beautiful pair of glasses! It's also conveniently located in the River Oaks community.
