List of Denise Babin's Reviews
I have no complaints about this facility. It’s close to home and my work (and my doctor is there so that’s significant). Sometimes the parking lot will get filled, but usually a spot will open up at the right time.
I called to make an appointment with a new clinician and was hung up on twice. Then Robbie who was making me an appointment, thought it was funny to make jokes about my reasons for needing to see a physician and be rude. When asked to speak to her supervisor she said she was out of the office and would give my information to the lead who was at lunch; which she never did. I'm glad that Sutter and the Palo Alto medical foundation both hire people to insult patients and think that patients health funny.
Place is small but run well. Clean facility, staff is nice. Parking can get full.
She is very gentle and I would greatly recommend her especially for women. She made me feel very comfortable when I went for a physical exam and a pap smear. I found her very competent.
She treats patient with great respect. She spend adequate time to understand your problems and solve it effectively. She will also follow up with you.
Her staff is slow and incompetent and she is a very rude person. Her medical knowledge or at least practice of it is insufficient
I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. She needs to go back to medical school and learn to talk to people. Very rude.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
