My husband and I have been a patient of Dr. Duggan's for the past 10 years. We find him very personable his office staff extremely competent and we have never had trouble getting an appointment when needed. He is always available night and day when you need him and he is willing on occasion to go into the office on the weekends in an emergency case or semi emergency cases. He's very thorough and what he does and if he feels that he does not have the proper qualifications for something he is very willing to appoint you to an alternative I Dr.. He is truly a caring and excellent I doctor.

DR DUGGAN IS THE BEST EYE DR THAT THERE IS OUT THERE HE IS A VERY CARING DR. MY FAMILY AND I ALL GO TO HIM FOR SEVERAL REASONS LIKE EYE EXAMS, PINK EYE , STYS ECT... HIS STAFF ARE BOTH VERY NICE AND HELPFUL EVERY TIME WE NEED SOMETHING.

DR DUGGAN IS A GREAT DR HE REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF. I HAVE BEEN SEEING HIM FOR ALOT OF YEARS NOW AND I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER DR. HIS DIAGNOSIS IS RIGHT ON WHENEVER HE CAN HELP WITH A SAMPLE OF DROPS HE DOES SO. HIS OFFICE STAFF IS THE BEST TOO.
