Front desk is friendly and genuine. You can fill out the basic medical questionnaire online prior to your appt. Dr. Chen is nice. He made my son feel valued, heard. He went in for a hard cast. The wrap was done thoroughly and it feels and looks secured. We will be back in 5 weeks.

Literally this guy moved my hurt knee without explaining anything.. He's like "shh' 'shh' then he moved my non injured knee. Kept telling him"Stop stop!!! Your giving me post traumatic stress ". Guy wouldn't stop! I told him no over and over. I feel personally traumatized from seeing this doctor, may sue. He's a jerk.. Never again! Who does that?!

Warm and professional experience from start to finish. After visiting the pediatrician and having X-rays, we found out my little guy had a fractured finger. Dr. Chen's staff was accessible, kind, and quick to squeeze me in right away. Dr. Chen was thorough in his exam, took the time to explain everything in a simplified manner and answer all of my questions. He was also warm and reassuring with my son to put his mind at ease. Friendly staff and kind, knowledgable doctor. Looking forward to our visit in about 4 weeks for a final follow-up! Highly recommend!

I was received promptly, courteously, and professionally by Dr. Chen’s staff prior to my examination. Dr. Chen examined my most recent X-rays prior to his examination. He first courteously asked for my story regarding the history and experiences leading up to this examination. He then performed some exercises— on both legs — to access the flexibility of both hips. Based on these exercises and the X-rays, he recommended hip replacement surgery for my left hip (the hip and leg which I have been experiencing worsening pain recently). He also discussed about pain treatments— such as Advil pills and cortisone injections— but noted the relief would only be temporary and wouldn’t get at the root cause of the pain. He also said that if I was not ready for the surgery at this time, all I had to do is call him when I am ready for it — since typically the pain will eventually increase and impact the quality of life such that it will obviously become the best option. I much appreciated this since I am not ready mentally for the surgical option at this time, but it is good to know it is still available with him at a later time when I am ready. Finally, the doctor provided me with papers to read and examine with regards to my problem — osteoarthritis of the hip. A very professional, informative, and courteous examination with Dr. Chen. Thank you, Dr. Chen and staff!!!

The office of Dr. Chen has been courteous, professional and extremely helpful to me as a patient. I feel that my health and wellbeing is a priority for this office and I am grateful that I was able to receive care from this office and Dr. Chen.

The office staff at Dr. Chen's office was so accommodating and kind. I had an accident over the weekend, never seen Dr. Chen before, but he was recommended by a friend. I called and they got me in first thing Monday morning. Dr. Chen is a lovely man, mild mannered and wasn't offended by my off color language when he was trying to assess my injuries. I haven't had surgery yet, but I'm sure I'll be in good hands.
