Doctor Lally, her staff Joanne and Sheila are exceptional! I've been going to Optometrist over 50 years and we are blessed to find an Eye Surgeon who also prescribes glasses, the best vision I had in years. As a Medical Doctor (M.D.) Dr. Lally provides another level of valuable needed service. Dr. Lally, her Staff are kind, gentle, knowledgeable and communicates perfectly. Dr. Lally has done so many impressive feats (Summited Mt. Everest), but she remains so humble. We thank God and are grateful to be her patients.

Dr Erin Lally and her staff did a marvelous job on my eyes in 2022. I had severe cataract (nuclear schlerosis) on my left eye, a starting cataract on the right eye, and was starting to have trouble keeping up at work, since I am front of a computer monitor all day. The service and care provided by Dr Lally and staff was excellent, including- The pre-op appointment planning, diagnostics, and optometry- Advice on the best choice of replacement lenses for my particular life-style- The surgery itself, which was carried out at a pleasant smaller local facility, using state-of-the-art equipment, including a femtosecond pulsed YAG laser. The latter was instrumental for perfect centering of the replacement lenses, making limbal incisions in my right eye to fix mild astigmatism, and for requiring only minimal incisions for the insertion of the lenses that healed quickly and caused very little discomfort. I was up and about, rediscovering the World with more clarity and vivid colors than ever within days !- The post-op appointments, checking that there were no post-surgery complications, and that replacement lenses were within specs- Taking care of sorting out a mistake about insurance coverage that my health insurance company made - Recommending best pharmacy to use for the 3 kinds of prescription eye-drops that are required post-opIn summary, I would highly recommend Dr Lally and her staff to anyone who needs cataract surgery.

Six weeks after Dr Lally performed cataract surgery on my right eye and implanted a new Vivity lens (after doing the same on my left eye a year ago) my vision is perfect despite scarring from previous old lasik procedures. Erin Lally is without a doubt THE best eye surgeon in the country. But I also want to commend Erin Lally for her sensitive, caring non-surgical solution to my wife's vision problem. My wife was a new patient with complex problems who, as a new patient dissatisfied with previous vision care, was unsure what could be done about her failing eyesight as she and I age. Dr Lally developed a creative nonsurgical solution that not only resolved my wife's vision problems to her relief and satisfaction, but also made my wife feel comfortable and well cared for. Erin Lally is not a one-size-fits-all doctor; she is a real person who genuinely cares for her patients. If there is a better ophthalmologist in the United States I would be shocked. thank you Dr Lally for being our friend and doctor, you are the best.

Highly recommend Dr Lally for eye care. Dr Lally has the ability to communicate technical procedures and health outcomes with great clarity for her patients. You never feel rushed at her office. There is a deep concern you understand why she is running tests and explains the outcome with great detail. Her office staff is friendly and competent - call backs are timely. I could only give highest marks for how professional Dr Lally and her staff are. We are lucky to have her in our community.

In my opinion, Dr. Erin B. Lally is the most gifted, most professional, and most caring eye surgeon in California, if not the entire country. She has removed cataracts in both my eyes in the past year, implanted new vivity lenses, and achieved spectacularly successful results despite significant scarring from multiple previous LASIK procedures. Dr. Lally makes every patent feel special and safe, at a time when they're most vulnerable. Perspective from a medical provider. Dr Lally has been in private practice for less than two months so maybe the stress of operating a business was overwhelming. At this pace Dr Lally may be her own roadblock to success. Dr Lally had very poor bedside manners, using medical terminology not understood by non-medical people. Very demeaning. Dr Lally would not listen to the patient's complaints demonstrated by ignoring patient's verbal concerns and reason for the visit. Her responses were charged with arrogance and negative tone. All we wanted was to get a consult so that we could have a pathway to better vision and understand our options. We achieve neither.

I must compliment and show my appreciation to Dr. Erin Lally. As I ran out of my prescription eye drop which is very important for my glaucoma, I notified Dr. Lally last week just before 4th of July, requesting her authorization for a refill. I expected to get her response after the holiday, but to my utmost surprise, she got back to me on 4th of July and did it right away. This kind of exceptional patient care is rarely seen, and I must say I'm really blessed to have her as my ophthalmologist! Thank you, and bless your heart, Dr. Lally!

I have known Dr Lally for 2 years and happily recommend her for her work, performance & specialization. I recently underwent cataract surgery which was a great success, ending with 20/20 vision. She is warm & friendly, and gives you adequate time to ask questions...in my case a lot! I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr Lally & her team of assistants.
