Great therapists , great service , always accommodating , I used their service for about 3-4 months for frozen shoulder and they helped me a lot .

Wonderful Physical Therapy office/practice. I have been treated by a few other businesses and they don't even remotely compare. Pablo and Huy are so GREAT! They helped me so much. I had a broken shoulder and back and I am so much better with their help. My improvement is amazing. I highly recommend coming here. All the staff are so friendly and helpful.

I was very wary of going to anothwr PT place because I have literally been sent to about 8 or 9 without any success. I have back issues and they gave me exercises that other places did not have. I also let them know that planks make my back way worse... they listened. Other places made me to planks which made my back pain way worse. The employees are very friendly and showed me on their fake skeleton where the issues with my spine were after I had an MRI and explained what was going on. They gave me more info that I got from the doc after my MRI. Would definately recommend this place!

I had a left shoulder labral repair (6 weeks in sling - completely immobile) Stuart, Huy, and Linda helped me get back to form and get my range of motion back. They were incredibly careful and competent. They ensured me that progress takes time and diligence. Monica/Sylvia/Amy were great assistants and they do their best to be flexible with your schedule. There's always a staff member available to help monitor/track your exercises. I have the utmost respect and gratitude towards the Evergreen PT team. I highly recommend anyone who feels any sort of pain, discomfort to come in and get treated. You may not find the answer to everything however, you will receive the professional guidance and regiment to get you back on your feet. Thank you Stuart and team!

In my very first shoulder pain appointment, 30 minutes were spent on the discussion about the shoulder pain. then 8 minutes of ICE pack and 3 exercises - 2 minutes each. So total 6 minutes of simple exercises and I was charged $140. If they would have told me the charges up-front, which they didn't I would have never taken the appointment.

ABSOLUTELY the place to be for PT. Fantastic staff. Sylvia is just amazing at the front desk. She's so prompt, attentive, and caring. She responds to emails and the phone promptly and efficiently. They were able to address my insurance questions within an hour or so and I was able to get in for an appointment the same week. Dr. Stuart and Hui were very thorough, knowledgeable, and on time. Dr. Stuart was so thorough on the intake with my husband and doing the physical exam. He shared so much information on what was going on with my husband's back and also reviewed the MRI reports with us. I think this team is special, everyone in the office makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. They're ready to go for your appointment, share handouts to take home, get you set up on the stretching, and exercise routine from DAY 1 and send you home feeling better after the first appointment. This is a top-notch PT facility - very competent & courteous! Stuart and the team are thorough professionals & help you through every stage of the recovery process. The front desk staff is also very friendly & accommodating. I had a very positive experience for my rotator-cuff post surgical PT, and would highly recommend these folks.

This review is for the person answering the phone. I wish I caught her name. I am really struggling to find a physical therapist that accepts my insurance and can see me in the next month. Unfortunately, Evergreen doesn't accept my insurance either, but the amazing person that answered the phone felt so bad for me, she called another provider on my behalf to find someone that would! I am blown away by the kindness of this woman. If this is how they treat someone who will not be going there, I can't imagine how well they treat their actual customers.

I’ve had 3 visits so far and I can say that Dr. Stuart is great and definitely knows what he’s talking about. All staff is amazing and absolutely helpful from Stuart to the PT assistants to Sylvia the front desk. I’m not one to leave reviews but they most definitely deserve one. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I highly recommend this place! I’m so glad my dad referred me here. It’s been such a great help already. Thanks for your patience and help Evergreen Physical Therapy!
