Evergreen Valley Optometry's Online Review Report Card

I love this practice! I've been going to Evergreen Valley Optometry for 29 years and Dr. Mindy Trinh has continued the excellence I've come to expect from my Optometrist. The entire staff is always so helpful and professional. My whole immediate family comes to this practice and we are all very happy with quality in exam, frame, and lens materials we receive here.

I just called this business, on behalf of my aged and frail parent, to get their help in replacing a lens that had popped out of a frame. My parent has used this business in recent years for minor glasses repairs due to its proximity to home. This business told me they could not help me with this repair, and did not offer any additional assistance. Apparently they won’t help fix your glasses unless you purchased your glasses there. Very unhelpful. Do NOT recommend.

i have been coming to dr trinh since 2013 .. i can't believe i never wrote her a review! dr trinh is amazing and thorough with my exam every time i'm seen. (i have really bad eyes and more issues on top of that). it's easy to make an appointment and they are pretty flexible whenever i need to make a change. there use to be a large selection of glasses to choose from but when i went in yesterday it seemed like it dwindled down a bit. not sure if it's because of covid or if they are waiting to restock. all of her amazing assistants/front desk people are gone sadly (shoutout to isabelle and erica - you guys are definitely missed!) so she has new ones that are nice ofcourse but you can tell they still need to work out the kinks. maybe the next time i come in, it'll be a well oiled machine.i'd recommend dr trinh to anyone looking for an optometrist and in need of a new pair of glasses!

Updated review: the office contacted me and offered to give me a new pair of glasses.The doctor is nice but the staff is quite something to deal with. I never in my life bought a pair of glasses that I can't wear because they don't fit me (the staff told me this is what you chose so you have to take them :|)

Dr. Trinh and her staff are so kind and friendly! They have created such a welcoming environment for an optometry. There's a wide variety of reading/sunglasses to choose from! They give you honest suggestions and also fully explain all procedures and payment options. They have implemented an efficient system that keeps all staff and patients safe during this pandemic. I have been a patient here since 2010 and know the health of my eyes are in good hands with Dr. Trinh!

My experience with them so far is good.I have been going to Evergreen Optometry for last 3 years.They have machines with latest technology through which they can test your peripheral vision, eye muscle strength, eye pressure etc.Staff is very friendly. If you have some issues then staff will try to resolve at their best capability. In certain cases however, it is good to get your issues resolved by involving Doctor Trinh also as staff may not have all the decision making power on certain matters.

I have been a patient of Dr. Trinh since 2010. She has been so supportive and helpful throughout the course of wearing glasses to contacts to CRTs. I would recommend her to anyone. She also has a lot of frames to choose from. Overall, great experience and great doctor!

My family and I have seen Dr. Trinh for years. The staff are professional and friendly. I can always go back any time to get my glasses fixed and ask for help when needed. She's always on top of things and reviews each patient's records throughly before meeting with them. When I was a college student, I often had to ask for them to hurry on my glasses during school breaks so they could come before I had to leave the state and they're very accommodating.
