The experience was awesome ! Dr. Deane was great also another shout out to Janette and Destiny in optical were amazing . For anyone who looking for eye glasses I HIGHLY recommend this spot
I would give the staff friendliness 5 stars, but the overall experience 2/5 stars. I made an appointment with the ophthalmologist to get my eye angles checks before being dilated. I was called back after my appointment time and the eye medical assistant did a few tests before I waited in another waiting area for 40 minutes to see the ophthalmologist. I was there for my first appointment for 2 hours to spend 10 minutes with the physician. The physician was very nice and answered all my questions, but a lot of wasted time. I made another appointment with the optometrist to get my annual eye exam and to get my eyes dilated, the whole point of me seeing the ophthalmologist in the first place. For my optometrist appointment, it was the same thing, I was called back well after my appointment time, for a medical assistant to do some tests and wait in another waiting area. Both the ophthalmologist and the optometrist have an assistant on the phone dictating their notes during your appointment. The ophthalmologist explained to me the reason for this; however, the optometrist did not and I didn’t know she was doing it during our appointment. She started talking medical language that I didn’t understand and I was confused, only to realize she too, was dictating with an assistant via some sort of chat. I understand the reasoning for this; however, it felt very impersonal and some of the things they were dictating I didn’t understand and wasn’t explained what she was saying. She would say something and it didn’t sound good, to a non eye specialist patient, and in my head I was thinking, “is that bad? Should I be worried? It sounds bad.” It just felt like they were having a conversation you aren’t involved in, with you in the room. I wasn’t sure if she was talking to me, or her medical assistant. After my optometrist appointment, she called in some drops and convinced me to use a pharmacy I had never heard of, claiming they would take care of the prior authorizations and get it filled with no problem. Two weeks went by, and I didn’t hear anything from this pharmacy. I called the pharmacy and they said they said my insurance had no record of me. I called the eye medical clinic again and left a voicemail for them to call in the RX to my pharmacy. I waited the 48 hours for a call back and no one called, so I called again. I left another voicemail. I called the following day again and didn’t receive a call back. After 6 days, I called the front desk and asked them to help me and they were so very nice in solving my problem in a reasonable time and the prescription was called into my pharmacy by the following day. So, 3 weeks after my appointment, a prescription was in process for my drops. I went back to the clinic to get fit for glasses and the experience was pleasant and the woman who helped me was wonderful. She told it would take about 3 weeks for my glasses to come in because they were backed up from the holiday season. It’s now been 4 weeks and I have yet to hear about my glasses. To top it all off, I received a bill for $200 for the 10 minutes I spent with the ophthalmologist for my first visit. That was with insurance too. If they decreased their waiting times, didn’t dictate in front of patients, didn’t recommend pharmacies that can’t figure out insurance, returned phone calls and didn’t promise glasses sooner than they are able to receive them, I would have given them more stars. Needless to say, I won’t be going back and once again on the hunt for a good eye clinic.
Eye Medical Clinic exceeded my expectations. Valerie was so helpful and technical during my exam. The eye equipment was very modern and exceptional. After seeing Valerie, I then met Dr. Deane, who took my exam even further. She did even more fine-tuning with my vision. Dr. Deane even prescribed me some new contact lenses for my weekends and outdoor activities like hiking and mountain biking. I then saw JoAnn, who helped me pick some new frames. They have a very large selection of frames. JoAnn was very informative and a true professional. She understands the best looking frames for me according to my budget and the shape and size of my big head. JoAnn knows how to adjust the frame to comfort. My overall experience at Eye Medical Exam was exceptional. Thank you ladies for your professionalism. I highly recommend this eye clinic.

My father came in for a routine eye exam and DR Hadi , Gracie and the team were so helpful, knowledgable and caring. Dr Hadi discovered that my father had a retinal detachment and led us so kindly through the entire process from initial shock to surgery and then recovery. We have had the most supported experience through it all. The office staff is helpful and flexible and great with senior citizens and family. They answer all our questions and we couldnt ask for a better eye clinic. Thank you Dr Hadi and EYE MEDICAL CLINIC!
have insane athsma and a Dr's note saying that I SHOULD NOT WEAR A MASK. I showed them the note and they said okay. Then I pay, do my eye exam. Etc. Waste 1.5 hours of my time. And then last second before I see the actual doctor they tell me I have to wear a mask for the doctor to see me. Even though I already did my eye exam. Without a mask. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I am not an anti vax anti masker, I am a normal person with very very sensitive athsma with a doctors note!!!!!! It makes no sence !!!!!!

Horrible experience. Got there 45 minutes early filled put my forms. Waited 1 hour to be told " i dont know where you chart is ? Did you register?"Im pretty patient with this but this place takes the cake. 12/20 appt complete waste of my time . How do you even trust the care they give if something like your chart or registration if forgotten or lost?
The Dr Deane is rude and not nice if you're a color person. I've been coming hear for years, now I think, I'm not going here anymore because of lack of respect they got for the customers and always messing up on something it's like these people don't care about your Glasses 🕶️ at all. They will just let you know when to pay for and then they don't care..Bad experience with the doctor just a rude lady because I'm a color person that just wrong. I will never be coming hear again because lack of respect.💯
I went for annual eye exam. I am pleased with Dr. Deane. I got in and out in an hour and a half.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
