Worst experience ever! The office is totally incapable of managing the appointments, insurance, etc. The staff is very rude and the doctor has no idea about medicine

I scheduled an appointment with the DO to get a physical and immunizations for my DNP rotation. It starts in January. Her staff called me at least 4 times to confirm the time and reason for the appointment. I went there at 8 AM in the morning, and the DO met me in the lobby and told me that the appointment was to see if she wanted to accept me as a patient. She also pushed me to sign a Release of Information to view my medical history before accepting me as a patient. The appointment was for a physical. I explained to her that the appointment was for a basic physical and immunizations and she told me that I didn't need insurance to do that, and that I can go to a clinic. This would defeat the purpose of having insurance.No services were rendered, and they took my insurance card prior to the DO coming out to visit me.Very unprofessional. Her office was small and dilapidated.

Dr. Sani is one of the few physicians who really takes the time to know her patients well. Her questions are on target and reveal her level of wisdom and expertise. Her staff is friendly and scheduling is flawless. I'm happy to have found her as my PCP.

I saw Dr Farah Sani for the first time as a new patient a few days ago… I am recently retired, new insurance, looking for a new doctor…I searched through TONS of names with the specific parameters I was looking for and I chose to check out Dr Farah Sani…. I was sooooooo Pleasantly PLEASED! Dr Farah Sani met with me and we spent over an hour talking about ME…as well as a modified exam…..she was a very detailed, concerned, knowledgeable, down to earth, funny, kind, person/doctor!! Im going back in three weeks for my completely physical and I’m soooo glad I chose her. I’m sooooo looking forward to this new relationship as patient/doctor/friend! If you’re looking for a new doctor, you’d be crazy not to choose Dr Farah Sani!

Dr. Sani is a very good listener. She pays attention to detail. Dr. Sani has no problem providing referrals and knows many specialists in the area. Definitely a no nonsense personality but that is fine with me.

If you are looking for a a Dr. that is more concerned about her ego then your well being and constantly shows up 30 mins late to a zoom meeting then this is the Dr for you.

Dr. Sani does NOT LISTEN to her patients. I tried for years to get a minor, peace-of-mind, non-invasive, inexpensive test run. She refused to do it until I threatened her with malpractice. Then and only then did she ask me why I wanted it done. Other than that, the requests were dismissed. She talks about 5 times as much as she listens. I would not recommend her ever!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Sani for about a year. I am now done trying with her and moving on to a new doctor. The worst thing is her front desk person is very cold and never follows through on what she says she will do. For the third time since I have been seeing Dr. Sani, she has done testing and it is a hassle getting the results. WHY? I am paying for these services. What is the purpose of performing tests if you never plan to follow up? Money?
