I cannot speak highly enough of FirstLight Home Care! We were in a crisis situation with my dad and from the moment I called Molly was an absolute superstar. From her caring manner, to her depth of knowledge about so many different aspects of care, to her ability to facilitate services astonishlingly quickly, within 24 hours my dad had everyone and everything he needed to begin not just resting comfortably but actually improving. W are forever indebted and deeply grateful.

Molly has been incredible since day one. We first found her when my dad was gravely ill and she helped navigate through every step of the dying process. When my mom began needing help a year later Molly jumped right back in. She has gone far and above the call of duty in making sure we've had a helper every day for many months now, from 24 hours to 12 to 8 to 6, no matter what the situation. Every aide has been amazing and my mom loves them all. Not one criticism for any of them. Without Molly, I think I would have lost my mind! I cannot recommend her and FirstLight high enough.

We had a terrible experience trying to get a fair quote from Jason and Molly. I would not recommend using this service. My partner and I did not feel like a priority each time we tried to request information. Instead we felt that we were a burden. Not a good impression for a service that provides assisted help. I will not be using them for my elderly Mother and looking elsewhere.

Molly and Jason were so extremely helpful in helping me navigate the care options for my Mom at a time that was very difficult. Molly was so responsive and immediately set up a meeting to better understand my Mom's needs and answered all my frantic texts quickly. They were both so personable and warm. They quickly provided the exact care we needed. Molly came to the house with our caregiver to learn the ropes and even helped me move furniture!!! Even after a few days Molly checked in with both me and my mom and brought us treats!!! You can tell that Molly and Jason really love what they do and the caregivers were amazing. I cannot recommend First Light more. Thank you Molly and Jason!

I received exceptional care from all the caregivers who were assigned to me. They were always punctual, stayed the allotted time and made sure everything I needed was taken care of prior to departure. I would highly recommend FirstLight Home Care of Silicon Valley!

First Light has been a wonderful resource for us as we begin to need caregivers. Molly is first class at matching the right caregiver with our needs. Her follow up and contact with the caregivers gives me confidence. The caregivers have been great and they all seem to like working for First Light.

We reached out to FirstLight for a quote on assistance with my aging father. The gentleman who answered the phone was clearly in a hurry and didn't make me feel very comfortable or worth their time. I ended up calling another service and we are very happy with them. I did look up the owners on the main web page for the Silicon Valley FirstLight and I am glad I did go with another provider. Both owners have ZERO healthcare experience when I did a basic search on google for them.

Needed somebody to help my parents while we were out for a day trip for couple of hours in the afternoon and later in night. Called a few homecare and nothing worked out. All needed a minimum of 4hrs/shift.Called First light and talked to Jason and he said that hey can do it for 2hrs and talked over phone and very promptly he also sent an email with brochure and details. Next day Molly came over and spent more than hour to know my parents and kind of what needs to be done and giving us good confidence about theirhomecare services.My parents were also very happy with the service. Molly came over with another lady on time and explained what needed to be done and helped my dad and mom to heat up food, set up the table and and cleaned it up, loaded dishwasher, programmed coffee maker etc. The other lady came during the night to kind of do the same work.Overall I am glad that I found firstlight and it worked out really great and will surely use their homecare services in future.

FirstLight Home Care, is passionate about their clients, they take care of all the scheduling, are very communicative and make it easy for us as caregivers to do what we do best, and that is give the best of care, compassion, therefore making our jobs very rewarding.
