Wow! Called to schedule an appointment and all the receptionist did was yell at me about codes. Only request for cleaning not seen yet she kept yelling at me about codes. Avoid dealing with her she’s scary. Never in my life encountered it. It was so awkward.

I’m glad I picked a good one for my dentist here. From the first time I choose dental, I have been a patient here since last year and Dr. Nguyen and her entire team, including the front desk, are always so welcoming and professional. They’re genuinely nice, honest about treatment options, and go out of their way to accommodate my insurance plan to keep things affordable without cutting corners. They make sure I get exactly what I need for my dental health—highly recommend!”

Martha is superb with good people skills..compassionate. happy with my new dentist. The front office quite knowledgeable. Dr. Nguyen so careful of what she does..very good..office clean and no smells.

Due to dental insurance changes I picked this dentist. On my first visit their computers for X-rays was giving them problems. Then the dentist asked the reason for my visit, and I told them it was time for my teeth cleaning. She examine my teeth and recommend I have a deep cleaning to prevent bone loss. No cleaning done. The receptionist would check how much my new insurance would cover for the deep cleaning. When I was contacted again 3 weeks later, I was told my insurance would only cover half of the deep cleaning. I asked the out of pocket cost and was told there would be two separate charges for the right side and left side. I decline this cost and decided to look for another dentist. My husband had a previous deep cleaning by our other dentist, and never heard of this separate type of charge. I'm retired and got my new Kaiser insurance through senior medicare. Unfortunately you are required to see only dentists under the network, and it seems these dentist don't offer seniors the best care. I feel helpless and at the mercy of unscrupulous dental offices. My alternative is to keep cleaning my teeth myself hoping I don't encounter any tooth problems. Sad this is what seniors have to experience in their so call golden years.
