MONEY HUNGRY AND DISCRIMINATORY! I tried to take both my children there and they turn them both away to “specialists” to do basic procedures lol solely because we have medical and they simply don’t want to deal with it. So much back and forth and confusion dealing with these ladies. DO NOT COME HERE! You’ll leave brain dead trying to deal with them.

Ms Robinos is a good dentist.

Dr. Robinos has been our family dentist way back when we were in the Philippines and until we moved here to San Jose. She took care of myself, my spouse and all my children's dental hygiene and problems in her own clinic, including referring us to the best dental specialists for orthodontry. Her clinic has been attentive for us to have our regular dental checkups because we often take it for granted. I have been recommending Dr. Robinos to friends and acquiantces who have been happy and stayed with her.

Throughout my life I have not stressed as much as trying to come and schedule to come to this office. Worst of all, not being able to bring my baby in while taking my 7 year old in to get her teeth fix. I'll travel to Fresno if I have too. The doctor are great, front desk and especially door lady (most of all) is a headache.

I won’t recommend this dentist . While taking appointment I told my daughter has cavity and told her age also .. she asked to bring my daughter to clinic to fill the cavity .. doctor did only cleaning later she asked us to go pediatric dental as she cannot fill the cavity for kids .. I totally disappointed the way treated us .

Honestly one of the most pleasant dentist appointments I’ve had as an adult. I’ll be the first to admit the dentist isn’t exactly my favorite place. But this doctor was very friendly and made me feel really comfortable. I was in an out in no time! Would highly recommend this place. Everyone is so sweet. I’ll be suggesting them to my boyfriend. I’m really glad I found this dentist.

I too agree with the other negative reviews. They speak in front of you in filipino, the dentist has the assistant do the polishing? is she supposed to be doing that? I may not have questioned it if it was done right but twice she has done it and twice she did a horrible job - I've had my teeth polished MANY times and never as bad as has been done there - it was done so fast my teeth weren't even polished. and the assistant got a little snooty when I questioned her on it. Also, for some work I had done, I had to go back 3 times... They may appear to be nice but the work that is done is not good and I don't appreciate them speaking in a language I don't understand right in front of me when they are working on my teeth. I do not recommend this place. I do not like giving this place a bad review but I don't want other folks experiencing what I did.

This is probably the warmest and nicest dental practice around. Dr.robinos and staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to meet the patients needs. I bring my grandmother, my mother in law and other family and friends here who all have had positive experiences. Dr.robinos is very through with her exams and treatment plans. Also the entire practice is very respectful and clean. I would recommend anyone to this dental office. Thank you for everything!

very unprofessional not on top of anything.DR.R.shows up very late with constant excuses.the teeth models come in are made wrong leaving patients waiting even longer and when pulling teeth very painful and all they suggest is motrin or tylenol.in no regards to the pain that the patient is feeling.This place is in no way together or professional.never again will I or anyone I know come to this place or refer anyone here.

There's not enough words to say how thankful I am that i was able to find this family oriented dental practice since they first opened. Dr. Robinos has always been very thorough with my treatments, patient in explaining the treatment plans. She and her staff have always been very accomodating of my dental needs and makes sure i am aware of my treatment plans and what my insurance covers. She gives alternative treatment, other than what she best recommends. Everyone there is very friendly and they work with what i can afford. I have move out of state now but i always come back for my routine exams, cleanings and other things i need whenever I visit my family here in the bay area. I even referred my elderly relatives who are on medical insurance and all of them are very happy. They say they were all well taken cared of and treated with kindness.
