Didn’t like the front desk customer service. Called to make an appointment and they were rude and kept me on hold several times (16 minutes now I checked!)

Dr. Azzarelli was incredibly thorough in her evaluation and ensured I had a clear understanding of my dental health and how to manage my concerns. She took her time to walk me through the X-rays and even used a small camera to show me every tooth and share her evaluation. When pointing out some concerns like mild gingivitis, she did it in a very kind and constructive way. I’ve had other experiences where dental hygienist are a little judgmental about it and make you feel uncomfortable. I would highly recommend her to anyone and I’m really happy to have met her.

Hated to leave my dentist of 30 years due to insurance and took a long time to search. From a friend, came to Hillsdale Dental and everyone from front office staff to the dental team were very nice and most important professional and thorough!

DR. ROGUE JACOB IS AN EXCELLENT DENTIST WHO HAS UP TO DATE PROCEDURES & HAS COMPASSION & GREAT UNDERSTANDING OF DENTISTRY & NEVER DOES ANY WORK UNLESS IT IS NECESSARY. I RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO IS IN NEED OF A DENTIST YOU CAN TRUST. I GIVE HIM 5 STARS. HE'S BEEN MY DENTIST FOR THE PAST 5 + YEARS.

I had to change dentist since my previous dentist from over 20 years no longer took my insurance so I was very apprehensive who I chose. After a few hit and misses, I found Dr. Jacob and he is wonderful. He's very professional, kind, and does great work. He ensures your comfortable before and during a procedure. Hillsdale must have changed the administrative/support staff as I find them to be professional and friendly. Great customer care and if you're looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend Dr Jacob.
