Howard Rice's Online Review Report Card

I have been fortunate enough to have Dr Rice as my physician for more than a decade. I have seldom come across a kinder, more dedicated and also expert Medical Professional. I have seen him both for his Travel Clinic services as well as his expertise and Infectious Diseases matters. I offer my whole hearted, top recommendation.

I moved to the Bay area a few years ago from another country. After a year looking for a good primary doctor and jumping from one place to another, I finally found Dr. Rise who is a professional, empathetic, involved and acknowledge doctor that really takes care of his patients. He is also an extraordinary human being that treats everyone with a lot of understanding, respect and empathy. In 10 countries I've been he is absolutely #1. I am very happy and healthy because he always address my concerns and provide a good following up with his patients. The big plus is that there is not crazy timing to get an appointment available and he can squeeze you even if you don't have appointment.

Dr Rice is exceptionally bright, articulate, and committed to doing what is best for clients! I was reffed by another Dr. and had hoped to see him while in town. I squeezed me into his schedule, requested records, reviewed what he saw, and recommended an approach to a better outcome. He retrained me on how to best provide urine samples needing to be cultured. I would recommend anyone looking for an incredibly educated, experienced and caring Infectious Disease Control expert.

I relocated from Ireland to MTV and did some research and came across Dr. Rice. He is now my primary care physician. I have found him to be a good listener, courteous and full of good recommendations. he involves me 100% in my healthcare, guiding me through choices and options. My wife also attends Dr. Rice now. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an empathetic, knowledgable physician.

Dr. Rice is the best PCP I've ever had. What I like is that he's very sensitive and will talk with you about any problem you may have, all the while making you feel comfortable. Also, his isn't a production facility. He spends the time he needs to with each patient to ensure their needs are met. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Rice was very helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and take care of everything for me. I will recommend him to all my friends. He was very professional and timely. He makes use of online medical records for patients who want that convenience. The iPhone app is great.
