Iica Speech's Online Review Report Card

As two full-time working parents, reliability and communication are extremely important to us. Unfortunately, our experience with the administrative and scheduling side of this practice has been very frustrating. It took nearly three months to secure appointments for my son. The initial appointments were scheduled incorrectly, and I then had to complete additional paperwork to have them corrected, which resulted in further delays in care. Communication from the office has been inconsistent -- each time I called, I spoke with a different staff member and had to re-explain the entire situation. There was also confusion regarding appointment times, despite me notifying the office about schedule changes in advance. That said, I want to be very clear that the therapists -- particularly Ms. Nicole -- have been wonderful. She is passionate, attentive, and clearly cares deeply about her patients. The clinical care itself has been positive. It's unfortunate that the administrative side does not reflect the same level of organization and professionalism as the therapists. I truly hope the practice can improve its scheduling and communication systems, because the clinicians deserve that support. For families who have flexible schedules, this may be a good fit. However, for two working parents who need consistency and clear communication, it was not sustainable for us.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The front desk was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and disorganized. Basic communication was a struggle, and issues that should have been simple to resolve were handled poorly. Very disappointing experience overall.

This is the main place for Meet Me Halfways that happened a lot in 2024.

In this place I definitely add a video about Havana Music video because usually, Meet Me Halfways that come before an exclamation point which all work at IICA San Jose have What Meet Me Halfway Do For Excited.

My favorite part of that place is them watching Illumination.

Non-responsive ,unable to get any information needed. Receptionist not helpful, OWNER unavailable for help. Found what I needed elsewhere.

When calling needing information We were met with very rude and short answers by the front desk. Further, when voicing my concerns and asking to speak to the owner, I was repeatedly told the owner is not available. I feel like the first impression of how you are treated HIGHLY REFLECTS how you can expect to be treated.

Hello, My son has been an established client for 2 years. Currently I have a disagreement with the decision made by my son's case manage( Miss Paige ). I could not reach Miss Amy from IICA's staff, and I have been trying to find the founder of IICA's contact number via internet without success. I am wondering if anyone who is savvy with technology or knows how to get her number, please assist me on this. With appreciation, Ai Thank you so much for solving our issue, Miss Amy. I am happy with the way you handled this matter. I really like IICA team that have worked hard for making progress with my son. You guys are the best in town.

Terrible service, their phone service does not work and they have the worst organizational skills internally. They milk your insurance with extra fees…

We have been with IICA for around 4 to 5 years. The overall experience is always great. I want to point out to Kayla and Lou for their amazing help with scheduling! They were both super friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up exactly how I needed it. It made the whole process so much easier, and I really appreciate their great customer service. Thanks again, Kayla and Lou! The speech therapists are patience, dedication, and passion for helping my son. They are great!
