Indian Health Center Of Santa Clara Valley's Online Review Report Card

I called to get a refill on my prescription for my inhaler that had broken. I’ve been having lots of trouble breathing during the weekend. I called first thing on man day morning so I could make sure i have my refill. Until this woman named EVA from medical on meridian decided to answer the phone very annoyed.She said who’s this? Prescription for who?!“I said it’s for me”.She then said you didn’t give me your info!? ….. She did not ask me for it as everyone usually does in a friendly manner. She treated me as if I wasn’t a patient there and said “you have 3 prescriptions what are you doing”. Literally the reason I called she is running in my face. This customer service was so bad it made me think twice about this clinic where the doctor’s have been lovely and the rest of the staff meets the energy we need at a medical facility. Eva made me feel as if I was not going to get my refill just because she didn’t like me over the phone. Only gave 2 stars because I’ve been coming here for a while and never had a problem.

This place is wonderful. I’ve had a very long and difficult battle with a foot injury. Dr. Pamela Guido really cares and she helps a lot of people including me. I highly recommend this facility to anyone.This is a place where you can count on your needs being met. Unfortunately that is not easy to find in this world. But you can find it here. I did.

Native American can't get help. teeth infected for over a year, Could not find a dentist to pull infected Rotting teeth. Indian Health told me to go to San Leandro to get teeth pulled. This infection could Kill Me.  Maybe You Should Change Your Name to  Mexican American Health Center. Very Mad and Unhappy Choctaw , Yakoke

I just called today this afternoon for dental to make an appointment for my mother tooth because she has a pain. there was a lady her name was Antoinette she was raising up her voice and yelling at me over the phone and I told her I dont appreciate your tone of voice and told her what's your name and she hung up the phone on me and went to the dental clinic right away and I was complaining and she said that was me talked to you over the phone and started yelling at me in the clinic in front of everybody and bullying me even in front her manager ( Martha Hoffman ) I was shocked, this is medical clinic not a police department or military talking to patients like that and they all know each other back and defend each other so they feel comfortable if you complain when they are rude or unprofessional because they feel like they own the place this. This lady Antoinette she should be fire. even my friend goes to that clinic he said the same thing about Antoinette that she's extremely rude. even I was there she was fighting with other patients. so finally the manager gave me a form to fill out to report this complaint and she gave me Dental Director ( May Spatola ) I will also talk to her about this.

Thank you Parivash for teaching me and guiding me. I worked at Indian health Center as a MA four years ago for 3 years. Indian Health Center is a great place to work for a new graduate MA. I worked there with many different Providers and Np's and everyone has been amazing Such as Dr.lobana, Dr. balakrisshnan, Dr.le, Parivash, Dr.Tran and many more. Indian health center is well organized, clean and the staff is very friendly.  I just started my nursing school and while driving back from school today I was thinking about parivash. She was the one who encouraged me to go back to school for nursing rather than staying at the same job.Parivash is very kind and Friendly. She goes out of her way to make sure all her patients' questions are answered. She works with her patients to address their health concerns rather than just telling them what to do. She not only takes care of her patients but also provides them a great service. Parivash  has a positive attitude, compassion and empathy for her patients. To have a higher chance of improving health, she gives her patients easy to understand treatment instructions. All of her patients loved her. I referred my cousin to her, who then thanked  me after having an appointment with parivash. My cousin told me that Parivash took her time to listen to her, take care of her and provide her the right treatment for her acne. She was very happy with Parivash's service.

Absolutely horrible customer service at the dental department.. rudest lady I've ever talked to on the phone. Does not care for anything but to be done with the call and hang up. Disappointing..

I've been there all my life; nice friendly people. Been taking good care of me. Good Doctors also Thank You for Taking care of me. Keep Up the Good work.😊🌏🏅👍☕
