Amazing service and very friendly

Doctor Jenny Ngyen is one of the best, most caring and passionate doctors that I have ever met. She is always there to listen, provide the best health care, and to answer any questions that you might have concerning your child. She follows up with her patients and she is the person I trust with providing a medical care for my child. I would highly recommend this place especially cause of doctor Ngyen, and front office stuff is also friendly and helpful.And, thank you for finding the time out of your busy schedule to discuss my son's lab test results today. I really appreciate you doctor Ngyen

Yes it could be good for Indian and I don't believe they know the business culture of the US. Gave me hard time in details but good doctors tho!

Elegí 3 estrellas porque la atender los doctores para mi es muy buena en cuanto a su amabilidad pero han decaído en varias cosas en primer lugar si llegas después de 7 minutos no te atienden y si llegas 20 minutos antes te hacen esperar una hora otra cosa tuve una muy mala experiencia con una de las recepcionistas mi hijo iba con irritación en su piel en el hospital me habían dicho que tenia alergias pero que necesitaban enviarlo con un especialista entonces la recepcionista me pidió que me saliera con el niño que lo llevará al carro porque no sabían si era contagioso lo que el tenia no me gustó su trato y el tiempo que me hicieron esperar no se me hace justo...

"0" STARS!!! Worse place! My daughter has been sick and because part of her symptoms was having a fewer they told me to go wait in my car! Even tough she has no fever at the moment. My car is parked on the second floor and to enter the elevator theres stairs i couldnt bring my stroller, what a worse service is this! what is wrong with them! This is a doctors office they need to find a way to accomodate their patients. I tried making an appointment in advance they told me to come as a walk in, then later want me to go wait in my car! Very disappointing!

It’s sad because the Doctors are amazing but the front desk staff is horrible. They always forget to follow through on what they tell the parents. I’ve had appointments not been made after they confirmed me a time and date. Also, with COVID, most appointments are zoom but they do have some in person but it seems the nurses forget that. I’ve had five instances where am told my appointment is in person, get the confirmation call and told again it is in person. To only arrive that day and they tell me it’s via zoom and they give attitude and try to blame their mistake on me. That is not ok. The front desk and medical assistants should be more cautious and professional because they make the clinic and doctors look bad.

estoy arrepentida de haber llevado a mi hijo, no les importa nada más que cobrar al medical, te cancelan las citas o te las posponen, y si tu hijo está enfermo tienes que dejarlo afuera como si fuera un perro. Cuando se supone que es una clínica donde te deberían ayudar con el.

Worst service ever call Ma never take your child to that freaking clinic, they are so unprofessional, yes they don’t care about your appointments, there’re few good people but most of them are jerks.
