Pro's: Dr. Del Mundo very nice. Staff is nice. Doesn't push expensive treatment. Pretty timely in getting in and out of appointments. Seems knowledgeable enough.Cons: She gets confused easily and is confusing to listen to, I'm not sure why she has this problem but she sometimes doesn't always seem to make sense or be thinking clearly and logically. When in waiting room and no one's at front desk to answer phone I sometimes hear deeply personal messages sent to her answering machine from patients (which is on and loud). This has got to be a serious legal violation of some sort. The doors are not closed during appointments and I often hear people's personal information loud and clear from my appointment.

Seen this doctor in 2016 march. Doctor del mundo did not check my primary lab results properly and started me on weekly allergy shots. Its a facade, the personable attitude, when professionally she was wrong by not checking my vitals before starting me on allergy shots, which by the way costs alot of money. I was diagnosed with organ disease in june 2016 after part of my body swelled up. I am still mad at her and other primary physician doctor from sutter health who did not take care of me and I had to find out the hard way, when it was too late as the organ was too damaged by then.

A++ DOCTOR & STAFF. Had trouble with allergies and since coming here I've been living in relief! Thank you Dr. Judy and team for taking amazing care of me and my family.

Would like to add to my review--I feel so very blessed to be a patient of Dr. Del Mundo's, I can't say enough how thankful I am. They are the absolute sweetest! I recently got a new job that's a 9-6, and told them because of this I didn't know when I could go in to get my allergy shots. Well dr. Del Mundo and her staff quickly tried to accommodate things for me and offered to stay a little extra time for me on Thursdays so long as I gave them the heads up. I don't know of any doctor who would ever do this for a patient. She is truly one of a kind! She is the sweetest doctor, & always asks about my day, & how I'm doing every time she sees me come in. Not many doctors take the time or make these kind of efforts for a patient. They've really made me feel like family here, & I am so very fortunate to see them for my care.

My husband has been using this allergist for many years. We had to switch insurances which meant switching allergists. I received his last bill with a brand new allergy shot vial charged on 12/23/19, the office is usually closed for the rest of the year and on 1/1/20 we would no longer be able to use her services. I called to question this charge of the deductible as they wanted payment. The first explanation was Dr. Del Mundo wanted him to take the vial of allergy injections with him to the new Dr, but we switched to Kaiser, and Kaiser does not accept outside vials. Is Dr. Del Mundo paying for the copay of these vials? No, we are and we did not give consent for this. However, they wanted to confirm this story and call me back the next day. The second story I was told today was they charge a small amount of each vial but since he couldn't finish the vial they charged him for the rest of the vial. So I asked to take the vial as there should be a large amount of medication left. We may not be able to use it, even though I am a RN at an allergist clinic doing the exact same skills, but it is a product we paid for and are entitled to. After searching for the vial, they said it was discarded as the Kaiser Dr called to say they won't be using it. Is the Kaiser Dr paying the copay for this product or allowed to give consent on behalf of my husband? No! So now we are stuck paying for a product that has his name on it and we cannot even take. I am very displeased with how this was handled and will not be recommending the office to any additional patients in need. Poor customer service. Bad patient relations. No regard for patients' needs or finances. I wish I could give zero stars.

Judy is an exceptional DR! She really takes great care and attention before diagnosing. She is one of the few Dr’s who i have met in my life who really listens and trust. I don’t feel like I’m rushing when i talk to her. She isn’t quick to give you a pill and it’s not a one size fits all. Her staff is very nice. I’ve seen many different doctors and allergist in my life and she is one of the best. The best allergist i have ever seen. I highly recommend her place for any respiratory issues and of course allergies.

I have see Dr Delmundo for allergy issues for about 10 years. I am getting much better. Dr Delmundo is very responsible and willing to try new methods. Safety and effectiveness are what I see from the way she treat me.

My daughter and I have been going to see Dr. Del Mundo for over a year for our allergies. We get shots weekly to boost and train our immune systems and it's working so much better than we had hoped. I highly recommend anyone that has allergies and wants to be able to stop suffering to set up an appointment with Dr. Del Mundo, this is her speciality and she'll be able to help you boost your system so you can live without the misery of allergies.

Dr. Del Mundo is about the most caring, sweetest, thorough and qualified doctor I have ever met. My sons have been coming to her for asthma and allergies since birth and they are now 13 and 16. I have recommended her to all of my friends and family and they all say the same thing. And her daughter works at the front desk (interning while headed to medical school) and is just as sweet. Dr. Del Mundo takes her time to get to know all of her patients and will spend as much time as you need for the visit. Never rushed. And you can go back a year later and she remembers everything about you medically and personally. Highly recommend.
