Keys To Communication's Online Review Report Card

We were referred by our son's pediatrician to KTC when our son was approaching the age of 2 and was only speaking 1 word. We got him evaluated and were put on the schedule for bi-weekly speech therapy with Ms. Thao and Ms. Janet. As he was so young, rather than 1-hour long session where he may struggle with focus, we had two 30-minute sessions every week. Within the first couple of weeks, our son was already talking more. The sessions were informative and Ms. Thao and Ms. Janet made it easy for us to implement strategies with our little guy at home to advance his speech. By the end of our time at KTC, our 2-year-old was a complete chatter box. While we were thrilled that he was caught up on speech and glad we took early action steps, we were sad to say good-bye to our wonderful SLPs. It has been several months since we ended and I am woefully late in submitting this review, but I am happy to say that our son is now 2 months away from turning 3 and he is just as chatty as ever. Thank you KTC, but thank you most of all, Ms. Thao and Ms. Janet. We are so grateful for you both!

Landon has been attending Key of Communication since 202. He has always looked forward to his biweekly visits, and each session has meant so much to his growth and confidence. We are especially grateful for Ms. Thao. Her kindness, patience, and joyful spirit brighten Landon’s day every time he walks through the door. She has a special way of making each session feel safe, encouraging, and full of laughter. Because of her dedication and support, Landon has made incredible progress over the years and has gained the confidence to use his voice. Key of Communication will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we will truly miss our visits and the wonderful team who has supported Landon’s journey.

Mrs. Pepper has been absolutely wonderful with our son. She is patient, caring, and truly dedicated to helping him succeed. We have seen so much progress in his speech and confidence thanks to her support. We are incredibly grateful for everything she has done and highly recommend her to any family looking for an amazing speech therapist!

From the start, Julia focused on setting the right, achievable goals, and it made all the difference. Because of her expertise, my son was able to meet every milestone we set. Her communication with us as parents is top-notch; after every session, she provides a clear summary of his strengths and areas for improvement, which helps us stay on track at home. Most importantly, my son absolutely loves her and looks forward to every session. We couldn't be happier with the progress he's made! I also want to give a huge shout-out to Tracy at the front desk! She is always so welcoming and helpful.

My son worked with Allison Pepper for about a year and made amazing progress over that time. He went from using two-word sentences to making multi-word sentences. He is now able to communicate so much better. He enjoyed every visit to Keys.

I can’t recommend Keys to Communication enough! My daughter started at age 3 with very limited vocabulary and difficulty communicating, even with family. Over time, her progress was incredible, and her communication improved tremendously. Ms. Pepper was amazing her play-based, engaging approach made therapy fun, and she always guided us on how to practice at home. From the front desk with Ms. Tracie to therapy with Ms. Pepper, everyone was knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. We had an amazing experience overall.

We are incredibly grateful to Ms. Thao Nguyen Sieben for the amazing progress our son has made in his speech. With her guidance and patience, he is now able to speak in 4–5 word sentences at just 3 years old, which is a huge milestone for us. Ms. Thao is very kind, patient, and always communicates in a gentle and encouraging way. She truly cares about her work and about the children she supports. We highly recommend her to any family looking for an excellent speech therapist.

This is a wonderful speech therapy clinic. My daughter was referred to speech therapy at age 2 after her bilateral ear tube surgery and after they determined she had a speech delay. When we started at Keys to Communication, my daughter was barely speaking--she hardly said any words. After a year of services with Ms. Patricia and Ms. Janet, who were both equally amazing, my daughter is now at an average level for her age. I can't thank the staff enough, all of whom are so kind, for their services and for the wonderful care they provided my daughter while she was a patient at this clinic. I truly recommend this place and their services.
