Khurram Abbass Md's Online Review Report Card

Don't go here. I've been trying to get my mom to stop since all he does is charge her insurance and stack her with medicine she doesn't need so she can keep coming back. So many other things I cannot disclose. MONEY hungry

After constant pain and frustration I decided to visit this doctor. All he did was talk over me and not listen to what I had to say. He quickly tried to diagnose fibromyalgia when I actually turned out to be diagnosed with varicose vein's. What he could've done was tell me he was not able to help me with my symptoms instead he only made up symptoms and did the talking for me and then later on when my insurance send me a receipt he was charging my insurance $500 to see me for five minutes. I never saw the Dr. For more than 10 minutes and he never even looked at my legs.

Would not recommend this doctor to patients with a complex case. I was referred to this doctor by my GP, who praised him saying how great he was. Is he the most friendly doctor? No, but I didn't care. He asked a lot of preliminary questions during the first appointment, which was very thorough. I complained about other symptoms but he disregarded those and said he had no idea about them, and to go back to my neurologist. He really focused in on a few of my other symptoms (which, to be fair, may have been an indication of an autoimmune disease), but it was odd that the other symptoms were disregarded entirely. The severity of my other symptoms persisted, and he continued to say he had no idea, and to go back to my neurologist. All in all, several visits to ultimately amount to a 'I don't know' and 'Go back to your neurologist.' He didn't even provide referrals or resources.

I like to express my appreciation to Dr. Abbass. I have seen him for the past four years, he is the specialise who cares about his patient, gets and forms a "team" for my case, calls other doctors to discuss and arrange my checks, even with hospital. My autoimmune illness is quite unique, he really takes the time in tracking and taking care of my treatment, gives every details. Friendly, warm-hearted and professional. I have seen him in the past four years, he is the specialise who cares about his patient, gets and forms a "team" for my case, calls other doctors to discuss and arrange my checks, even with hospital. My autoimmune illness is quite unique, he really takes the time in taking care of my treatment, gives every details. Friendly, warm-hearted and professional. Dr. ABBASS is very caring and concerned about his patient's wellbeing. He goes deep into finding the underlying cause and then gives guidance to follow. He is highly knowledgeable & compassionate and spends the time to explain and to answer all my questions, he has helped me to prevent further RH crises. His prescribed medicine has shown remarkable results and I feel like flying in the air, thanks, Dr. Abbass. I would without hesitation recommend him as a very deserving Rheumatologist if anyone is in need The front desk staff is pleasant and works with empathy and are very helpful, always ready to resolve the issues, and are easily available on the phone, office is clean & welcoming Yes, he is busy & there is always a long wait outside and then inside too., I wish that could be improved. I met Dr. Abbass during my mother first consultation. He was through and requested lab tests and x-rays to help evaluate my mother's condition.On the second consultation he reviewed all the results and prescribed the right medications for my mother.My mother started getting better and we had another consultation on October, 26,2021.He asked her how she was filling with the medications and examined her again. He made sure that she had enough medications for the next 4 months, until we see him again.Good doctor. Good staff. Offices are very clean and pleasant. The waiting room is well managed by the staff, always 3 people waiting
