Dr and nurses were very informative and through dr paul was very kind and relaxed took time to answer all our questions and gave good advice and care instructions is assistant was also very helpful

I have been going to Dr Ball at CSI for a few years now. I have been going to Dermatologist for years and she is by far the best. Mohs surgery is her specialty but she is also very thorough in her bi annual exams and accessible. I highly recommend Dr Katherine Ball

Feedback on initial consultation: a very inefficient use of my time. New patient information could have been an online process I completed in advance (saving me time on arrival). Initial consultation was extremely low value, with yet another waiver to sign that should have been provided in advance. Apart from being shown some pictures and scheduling my actual appointment, there was effectively zero dialogue about what I was hoping to achieve, any associated concerns etc. I hear the person performing the work is efficient and excellent, so I look forward to that!

Had a dermatology exam at CA Skin Institute. They are great! Very friendly, helpful, thorough, with time for questions. Recommend Dr. Morales unconditionally.

It Took this Office not hours, not a DAY, not 2 Day’s But nearly a WEEK to get back to me after leaving 6/7/8 Messages. I called the office on COX Avenue and they answered the phone, Called the Other Office, and in 3/4 more DAYS I was contacted. Just by chance I saw my phone Ring and answered it. FINALLY I was able to get in to see someone (The Same Day)????? That NEVER happens. The Doctor I saw (won’t even Try) to say the Name, she was like a B B in a Barrel, spoke so fast I had to Stop her every time to repeat it and still left shaking my head. As she Darted out of the Exam Room she plowed right into another worker and Nearly fell in the middle of the Hallway??😳 . I got a Prescription sent off. And I just walked out shaking my HEAD??? Unbelievable how long it takes to get an Appointment in the Samaritan Office. I’am thinking I’ll go to the COX AVE Office and give them a Try. If that doesn’t work out, I’ll get a different Doctor elsewhere.
