Had intense foot pain and went to Dr. Bal. She was one of the few acupuncturists open on Sunday near me and she was able to fit me in for an appointment that same day. Very responsive and kind. Once we came in for the appointment she made sure I was comfortable and did a quick needle session. I booked a second appointment the very next day and this time she was able to do a more thorough needle session as well as a quick cupping session, which was a first for me. I later found out I had gout and that was the reason for my sudden foot pain but I believe the acupuncture sessions helped alleviate the pain a bit. Dr. Bal seems a knowledgeable and skilled acupuncturist as the needle inserts were not painful at all. Would definitely recommend.

Dr Bal is amazing! My husband and I travel from Gilroy just to see her and will continue to! She has helped me recover from multiple surgeries, medical procedures as well as my everyday anxiety. She has helped my husband with a lot of gut issues. I am someone who has struggled with pretty overwhelming day to day anxiety, she has really helped me bring it to a level I never thought I could get to. Both me and my husband visit Bal for Acupuncture and Cupping. She's always been a very warm, knowledgeable and caring therapist. She listens to our concerns very patiently and addresses it. Both of us have a very stiff back, shoulders and because of her it has gotten so much better in just a few sessions.
