Very clean office with great staff

first time here, office + operating area + restroom are clean. Dea did an awesome teeth cleaning work and preparations, Dr. Hui was caring and knowledgeable, Cindy took care of my paperwork and appt. very well, staff greeted and knew my name as soon as I walked in, every interaction was professional and informative, overall experience was great, would come back and would recommend

The staff was incredible ,unfortunately I can not recommend their service. I paid upfront minus the fees for the monthly service where I was promised a discount a free cleaning and free whittening . I only wanted the gap in my front teeth removed. The Doctor at the time kept trying to pressure me to get a surgery to break my jaw to extend my jawline which I absolutely did not want. I am happy with my Jaw ND my face but he started aligning my teeth for this surgery, which I did not want. He sent me multiple times to red wood city , I don't drive so had to hire a driver , each time the surgeon was gone or refused to see me . We actually got to a point where the teeth were what I wanted , and than they started aligning them for this stupid surgery . At some point my braces became bent and a whole six months went by and instead of continuing treatment which I'd already paid for they took them off and they was a bigger gap. They to me looked no diffrent. And they hit me with a bill for more money . I thibk another 3 grand. Ridiculous and they charged me for the cleaning and never gave me the tooth whitening. I legit contemplated suing them .I literally cried when I got them off because there was no change and I'd wasted 3 years and close to ten grand when it was all done. It was a complete waste. They didn't do what I asked and tried to get me to get plastic surgery on my Jaw as if something was wrong with my face. They'd also argue with me for what I wanted. Something I absolutely hate. All they needed to do was straighten four teeth. I told them what I wanted from the get go and they said they could accommodate me .I've wanted my teeth gaps fixed for 30 years. If they couldn't or wouldn't do it they should have said from day 1. In my opinion they mislead me to get my money and tried to upsell me on things I didn't want.

Después de ir a una consulta para mi, decidí traer a toda mi familia a MAI specialist. Hemos ido a varios lugares para el cuidado de nuestros dientes y ninguno como este. El lugar es muy limpio, amplío y el personal muy amable y profesional, en especial María :) Siempre disponibles para apoyarnos en TODO. Actualmente mis dos hijos están en tratamiento de "Braces" y la calidad de servicio es excelente. Recomendable 100%

I’ve been coming to Mai Dental for over 10 years now, and any time anyone needs any kind of dental work, I send them Mai Dental’s phone number right away! The facility, staff, care, and expertise of the dentists are all impeccable. I’ve gotten all four of my wisdom teeth pulled out at the same time, during COVID, and the procedure was short and the wounds healed perfectly. I also get my regular cleanings done here, and one thing to note is that the ladies at the front desk are amazing— they’ll call you a few days before to remind you of your appointment and handle any issues with rescheduling with ease.

I was recommended Mai Dental from a friend and I'm so glad I listened! I only have positive things to say about this dental office. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and patient. I had the pleasure of being helped by an amazing team. The first being Maria. She is the sweetest and answered every single one of my questions. She is one of the main reasons I decided to go to Mai Dental for my crowns. She was very welcoming on the phone and helpful. A great first impression. Dr. Hui and her two dental assistants Duy and Alvaro are such a great team. Every time I went into the office, I felt appreciated as a client and was well taken care of. They were gentle on my sensitive teeth and I was in and out in a timely manner. They're also very good at making you feel comfortable and answer every question. To top it off, unfortunately I didn't have childcare for any of my appointments and they were very accommodating and even gifted my son some toys. I recommend this office to everyone.
