Margaret S. Carter's Online Review Report Card

For my second appointment, I was 14 minutes late (because Google Maps took me to a nearby hospital instead of her office). when I arrived, there was neither any patient in the waiting room, nor in Dr. Carter's office, but she refused to see me. This happened despite the fact that she knew I was suffering from a progressive condition, and that I needed help ASAP. My appointment was on July 9th, but I just received a bill indicating that she has charged me $50 dollars for a "no show office visit" and that made me furious. P.S. In the third appointment, I told her that the medications she prescribed in the first appointment made my condition even worse. She explained to me that there aren't any other things that she would like to try, and that I should make another appointment for 6 months later. I am still confused! P.S.2. She refused to see me only after they instructed me to take a procedural test. Once the test was done, her assistant told me that I have missed my appointment.

Dr Carter is THE BEST there is! I recommend her to anyone looking for an ENT. She has helped us so much with my son’s constant ear and sinus issues. Two rounds of tubes. Many rounds of medicine for sinus infections and ear infections. Tests, exams, mri’s. We dealt with so many ear infections and I would always take him to the pediatrician. When all along it was Dr Carter that we needed! And now he’s finally overcome it all and I thank Dr Carter for that. She is so good with kids. She’s so sweet. Caring. Extremely smart. She is ALWAYS ON TIME. This is literally the only doctor office I have ever been to that calls you back right when you get there and seconds later Dr Carter is in the room. I can’t say enough good things about her.

Dr. Carter is so amazing. I came in with a nasal infection (I forgot what she called it) and she said it was really bad. She explained clearly what she was thinking and what she was going to do. She then told me exactly what I had to do and why I had to do certain things (go in more often and also how to apply ointment). She is very caring and explains everything thoroughly and takes time to do the job right. She spent an hour taking care of me during my first appointment.

I saw Dr. Carter for an urgent problem when Dr. Samji was out of town. She was cheerful, reassuring and comforting. She explains situations and treatments well and is willing to answer questions. She took great care dealing with my limitations during surgery, with an excellent outcome and has kept a close eye on me since.

Love Dr Carter...She is excellent in her skill as a doctor and surgeon. She meets me with a smile that is so encouraging. So thankful to have met her as a referral by my primary physician.
