Goodbye GMC!! I've been on my fitness journey for 8 years now and have always been to GMC wellness for my supplements, but never had the best customer service. A friend told me about this place and thought I'd check it out. Amazing customer service! So helpful and knowledgeable on products they have in store. Also, they have an assortment of different products. Highly recommend checking this place out!!

Mehdi and I have been working together for around 2 years. He has been training, and mentoring me. He continues to help me be the best mentally as well as physically. When we work together, he feels like the brother I never had. He is super compassionate, but when he needs to be he gets after to me. His communication is amazing. He knows the write, foods, training and supps I need to attain whatever our current goal is.

I have to say, Chris the owner is such an exceptional person. His passion to educate people & not "sale them" bleeds into everything he does! He stocks product that he believes in, always extreamly helpful when you are explaining your goals. not to mention he has a INBODY scale machine in shop as well to track your results! Ive been coming here for years now, and it has developed into more of a friendship, really wouldnt go anywhere else.......
