Absolutely stunning staff and doctors! I came in to get a consultation and have now found my dermatology team. Vera is phenomenal and so well informed about the skin. I felt so at ease with her. If you’re considering a place for dermatology needs I definitely recommend checking Metropolis out.

I don’t recommend going here - I saw Lee who wasn’t able to address some basic inquiries I had - is my skin oily or dry? Do I have clogged pores or over exfoliated skin? Even though I met her in person…a quick inspection by a good dermatologist is all it should take to provide insight towards these…

Wonderful experience, I cannot thank enough Dr. James Wang and his awesome staff for their incredible work. Very helpful, and considerate of all my concerns. They thoroughly explain the procedure and even provided same day treatment. I recommend this dermatology office 100%, I feel more confident with my mole and my keloid scar gone. 10/10 would definitely do it all over again.

Very disappointed with this service. I booked an appointment for a lipoma just to be told something I already know. I told them beforehand everything I was feeling and prior medical history, just for them to repeat back what I said. No xrays, no nothing. All that was done was a touch on the área and a photo taken by their phone. Absolute scam of $170.

She took the time to clearly explain every step of the treatments she offered, which made a potentially unpleasant condition feel manageable and, honestly, even a positive experience. Her thoughtful approach and reassuring presence made all the difference. The rest of the staff were just as impressive—helpful, efficient, and welcoming, all without a hint of attitude. Everything was handled with ease and grace, making my visit smooth from start to finish. If you're looking for expert care delivered with kindness and clarity, this is the place to go. The lady at the front refused to give her or her managers name when the issues were raised. Instead of properly answering the question, she just kept repeating herself and stating that giving out additional information would be a hippa violation when no question regarding other patients were asked, only regarding her and her manager. At some point she just refused to answer questions at all, what kind of business practice is this? I called to let them know I’m running late, but when I showed up, my appointment was now cancelled, how convenient. What a joke. And in order to talk to them, you need to submit a message thru Klara where they take hours to reply instead of addressing issues in person or via phone like adults. Keep in mind, at my last appointment they made me wait over an hour, and they were totally fine with wasting my time, but when I’m late, appointment is cancelled.
