I've been a client with Mindpath Health since 2012. They were actually called Community Psychiatry back then but changed its name to Mindpath Health a few years ago. I was a client at the Sacramento location but I didn't like the communication skills of the employees there so I transferred over to the San Jose location in May 2025. I was given the option to choose a psychiatrist and I chose Julian Lagoy. I will say that Dr. Lagoy is very friendly, listens to my needs, and fulfills them. I'm happy with the customer service I've received at this location so far.

The doctor i worked with insisted on the medication that i raised an issue with, the front desk and communication flow with doctor is slow and take long. They charge a heavy premium bill for a poor service. The only good point is their early appointments!

This has been the best mental health service I’ve ever been provided. My doctor is so kind, he truly cares, and he has made my life 100000x better by really helping and doing what’s best for me at the right time. Thank you Mindpath Health and Dr. Lagoy !

Dr Vora found out through our message we had a difficult weekend with our son , Mindpath scheduled an appointment for Thursday, she reached out within the hour and made an appointment happen the same day. Some people still care.
